Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

The Wendy’s location on Gause Blvd in Slidell, LA is so disgusting. My family and I were passing through, on our way out of LA. We went inside so the kids could use the restroom and stretch their legs. The entire restaurant floor was sticky. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were unkept and without soap. My husband and son gave me the rundown of the men’s bathroom. My real question is, how are the EMPLOYEES washing their hands then?! After this question was posed to me by my husband, I lost interest in the food I ordered. Also, when my kids went to get their drinks, the napkin dispenser had ketchup all over it. So, no napkins for us. I went to fix their fountain drinks and the drink kiosk was so disgusting. It had dry, sticky, caked on soda ALL over the place, plus puddles on the floor. I will never go back to this place. So gross. I don’t know how the employees can work in that kind of environment and not try to keep it clean. I also don’t understand how they have ever passed a...

This Wendy's has the better employees and management. They are always nice and my order is always correct! I Will never go back to the one on old Spanish trail....the manager has no customer skills and argues with the customer in front of other customers over a simple mistake in ordering a chicken sandwich. My friends son had just committed suicide and wasn't aware of a sauce that came on a chicken sandwich and instead of just changing it she had to hear a lecture on the fact that it caused Wendy's to lose money. She told her too know what she's ordering before she orders. She had just had a hip replacement a month earlier. No couth or customer skills!!! NEVER have i heard a manger speak to a customer in the manner that she spoke to me when i tried explaining to her. Wouldn't give me supervisors name. But i spoke to Brett Sr himself about it. When you walk in and your feet stick to the floor you start to doubt the cleanliness of the entire store...still I went ahead and ordered food. While doing that I observed a female employee cleaning the drink area with bare hands and a dirty rag. I finish my order and am making a drink when the same employee us now restocking lids with the same dirty hands that were holding the wash rag. She sees me and proceeds to dig her dirty fingers in the lids and hands me one. I politely said "oh no thank you. Your hands are dirty from cleaning" Well that triggered the girl who then yells at me "omg lady! My hands are clean!" If these are your cleaning habits....then I'm really disappointed.
