Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

First off, I Love Wendy's but, I always stop at this specific location, almost every Tuesday and Thursday Night after my Football Games, while on my way home in Hammond,,, Lots of times, they've let me down, like they Close Early a Lot or something ! On this particular day, around 3:30pm, I ordered the Baconator for the first time and I was upset.. Honestly, I received my Food extremely Fast, which was unusual, but like I said, it was my first time ordering that sandwich, so maybe it doesn't take as long to make as others ! So, I never check my food before I pull off, because I've never had a problem before ! Soo, I always start with my fries , which are always Off The Chain, this time, they weren't cold but, they weren't hot, Messed Up from the start ! Then I finally got to my sandwich, this was probably like 5 minutes later... usually, when I eat and Drive, I would partially unwrap the sandwich, so condiments won't drip & because the sandwich is usually hot as hell,,, this sandwich wasn't Hot at All and it had little to no Condiments on it...The Bacon was Floppy and Tough, which indicates that it was Undercooked,,, the cheese wasn't melted, which indicates that the Patty wasn't hot ! Now, I am a Chef, so I can be a Food Critic at times, but this was just an Honestly, Not Okay Situation ! Beef should be served at a Minimum Temperature of 160°, Which I wouldn't exactly expect that, as long as it's Properly Cooked Well,,, now... Sliced American Cheese would take about 80°-90° degrees to melt, so 5 minutes later, it should definitely NOT be as whole as it was...the Bacon should be cooked to a Crispy State, you shouldn't have to Grip your Sandwich and rip the bacon while taking a bite off of your Sandwich ! This was not Kool,,, $14 !!! The Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade was Great though ! Also, I went there two Days later, Because I was Hungry, maybe about 10pm, the entire Staff was just standing outside, talking, as I drove through the Lot to the Drive Thru, I sat at the Speaker for about 3-5 minutes, no one came to take my order, so I had to pull off and get something to Eat from Circle K... the Closing Early or whatever Goes on, is Extremely Aggravating !!! Please Stop,, Because Wendy's provides my "Causeway Food" for that Boring 24 Mile...

I was recently an Employee here , this is the worse place you can ever order or eat from . they have flying cocky roaches & they kills them and leave em on the floor , & they fix bacon on dirty pans . Also it has an odor out its world . I like when they start frying stuff cause it blocks the smell . i don't care i am about to let out all of the dirty laundry , since they wanted to fire me cause my smile wasn't good enough . the managers fix food w/o gloves on , yes Ive witness my manager GM briceson fix sandwiches w/o gloves . Also they do not change they oil that well so they fry stuff in old grease majority of the time . they are so unorganized. to ALL High school Boys in the metairie Area DO NOT APPLY HERE The GM Is Gay & Likes lil boys to he's a pedophile . I'm just being honest . he fired me for not smiling , but couldn't fire the other lil boys who walk off work , did no call no shows ETC. The managers there & even they're Managers they do not care about No EMPLOYEE But a customer & the money if it's not about that they don't care . I thought I was getting fire for something totally different , I never received a termination paper or anything , he sat me down at the table & told me I'm pissing him off everyday & that he tired of me , & we were finished . Very Unprofessional his name briceson he is very rude he talks to employee reckless everyday & he doesn't care . I got into it with an manager name darnay we was about to fist fight , and everything we argued in front customers and all . But I'm fired she still has her job , they fired me saying i wasn't smiling . so its ok to argue and fight in front customers and you still can...

Had to go order inside because the drive thru was cash obly and had to be exact change(?), got stared at for 10 minute before asking what I want. Was given the correct order but while waiting for my drinks which i had to remind them about 4 times by this point, they took my order back (thinking they gave me someone elses order) then 5 minutes later asked if i'm waiting for something then I had to repeat my order. Once i got it, it was wrong but at this point i didnt care about the missing fries. Still didn't give me my drinks so i waited a minute before being rudely asked "WhAt Do YoU wAnT?" I told them my drinks and they proceeded to hand me the wrong drinks, which they slammed on the counter so hard it popped the top off of one. No straw but i had extras in my car so I just left instead of incoveniencing them. All while this was going on, they were loudly cursing? Blaring music to where you had to yell and they constantly would turn and chine in on coworkers conversations while you tried to order. I don't have kids and i curse as much as the next person so u really didn't mind, but the other woman there did have young kids sitting their listening to it. It was kinda cringey. On top of it all, i feel like they found my spicey nuggets hiding behind and under the fryers from previous days and the fries (ordered two and only got one) weren't fully cooked and got about a small sized amount instead of the large i ordered...
