Wingstop — Restaurant in Louisiana

Ordered my food online and it told me waiting time was about an hour. It was a Friday so I understood. Showed up when my food was expected to be done and STILL had to wait another hour! Nobody greeted me even tho I walked in and out multiple times. But every other person before and after me got greeted. The kitchen workers (2 total on a Friday night) were arguing and yelling and threatening to fight some customers that were unhappy with their orders. I had to walk out at one point because it felt so unsafe and like at any moment shots would pop off. They told me after 2 HOURS of waiting for my food that they were out of fries. It took 2 hours for me to get 10 boneless wings and no fries. I asked for a refund instead and she said she couldn’t give me one. Asked for a receipt to show what time I actually received my food vs when I ordered it, and she said she could not even print me a receipt. Hands down the worst location and worst staff I’ve experienced so far. No wonder I see so many wingstop management positions on indeed every week. Smh. Hopefully management will address the issue with whoever worked night...

I’m typing this October 9th 2024, I have been going to this location the past 2 years maybe once a month or twice . My experience is never consistent. Between orders being wrong and food missing , I’m officially done with this location. The week night staff obviously doesn’t care about properly taking care of customers. The icing on the cake for me was I went last night, October 8th 2024 and all my food was cold, my ranch was hot and my large fry was missing in my bag . Like is putting fries in a bag Too difficult for working age Adults. I’m obviously asking for too much .My experience is pretty good at the bluebonnet location so I will take the extra ride there for now on . This was not a good dining experience.

The ranch dressing had too much mayonnaise flavor for me which was more than I’ve had at the Sherwood location. The Sherwood location had a much more sour cream flavor and ranch seasoning flavor than this item.

The French fries were not good. It seemed that they had a slightly sweet taste but what I didn’t like was the unfresh chew they had. Dry and not tender in the center.

The mild wings (I don’t remember the flavor) were over cooked and dry. The sauce was slightly sweet and good. Look at the picture.

The lemon pepper wings did not taste like lemon, just very acidic and there was not much lemon looking seasoning as at my visit at Sherwood. lemon paper usually has yellow seasoning visible in it. This not so much.
