The drive thru leaves something to be desired at this location. It is clearly not as efficient as most locations. I arrived around 8:00 pm and the line was backed up and waiting with only a few patrons. I even made a comment to my son that I was thankful this crew was not assigned the lunch shift because it was obvious they were struggling. I tolerated the wait and inefficiency because things happen and they could have been training new team members. For example, I am positioned at the front of the line with only a drink order and had three team members attempt to give me a food order. I could clearly see my order had been prepared and was ready but no one ever asked my name or what I had ordered in an attempt to move the line. Unfortunately because of my position in the front of the line, cars that had been served were not able to exit as I remained waiting. My primary disappointment is the blatant violation of food service regulations at this location. I ordered a milkshake and two drinks ( same drink one with ice and the other without ice). As I was exiting the drive thru I noticed both drinks had no ice. With the service line backed up behind me, I decided to circle back around to explain the order error. In the interim, I took a sip of one of the drinks. I explained the error to the service attendant and she requested that I give her the drink back so she could fill it with ice. I explained that I had taken a sip of one of the drinks and was not one hundred percent certain from which drink I had taken a sip. All the while, she seemed very annoyed that I had circled back through to report the error. I also asked if it was a food service violation to take something back once it had been served. She said no and I proceeded to provide the drink to the attendant per request. The most logical thing to have done in this situation would have been to have offered me a cup of ice. With a suppressed immune system, I am critically aware of the possibility of contamination and exercise extreme caution. With that in mind. I disposed of the drink and chalked up my loss. Iām hopeful this review will provide an opportunity for additional training...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service here is actually so horrible. And I only ever have problems here. I placed a mobile order to pickup at the drive thru. I got there and the lady said she canāt find my order and to pull up and talk to someone that can look it up on their computer. Okay weird but thatās fine. We went up and they gave us our food but I noticed one of our drinks and meals were missing. My boyfriend decided to go inside and see whatās going on. Before he went inside I checked my order to make sure I had placed the order correctly and I did. I was charged about $31. My boyfriend went inside to speak to somebody about what happened and a lady named Sara started messing with my phone and clicked that I received my order. My boyfriend saw and said to stop messing with what he is showing her, which was the receipt that said I was charged $31. The screen goes back to āplace an orderā and she said that we didnāt even place an order to begin with. My boyfriend says that we did and thats what he was showing her. He goes into the transaction history and all of a sudden my total changed to $15. HOW IS SHE GOING TO TAMPER WITH THE SCREEN AND SAY THAT IT WAS US THAT DIDNT ORDER THE OTHER HALF!!! After a while going back and forth she tells my bf that he needs to contact IT and we will get a refund for that meal. I checked my bank to see if I was only charged the $15 but I was charged the full $31. I was going to ss the receipt just in case but I was like nah theyāll make things right. So now I have no proof that I ordered another meal and drink bc this lady was tampering with my phone. All I have is the fact that I was charged $31 through my bank and $15 through the cfa app. And you would think that itās enough evidence to get your food or refund but no. This lady had so much attitude and was unhelpful. Iām really disappointed about how this was handled and she could have just told us that we need to talk to IT in the first place rather than causing a bunch...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Chick-fil-A Iāve experienced. I recently moved, and this is the closest one for breakfast. This one doesnāt open at 6 like my old one, but 6:30 is doable, if they ever actually opened at 6:30. Every single time I visit, the employees donāt wander out until 6:35 or later. Twice now, Iāve been the first person due to my morning routine, the person has strolled out after 6:35, taken my order, and after sitting more than 10 minutes at the order pickup, someone has come over to tell me that they didnāt get my order cause the iPad died while taking my order. How does your iPad die on the very first customer of the day when you were late opening, AND you donāt tell anyone and make them wait 10 minutes before you come over and tell them there was an issue?
I have started just walking in. Well, I went in, and when I got to work, I discovered that the man who fixed my drink had some sort of cologne or oil on his hands, and I had an allergic reaction. I called the store to tell them, and the manager knew what I was talking about and said heād already been directed not to wear that cologne at work. They did make it right by replacing my meal on my next visit.
But when I went in for the replacement meal, it was a death trap. First, at 6:47, almost 20 minutes after opening, the floor mats were piled up in heaps in the door ways. I noticed in time to not trip over it, but I immediately slipped on the wet floor where the mat shouldāve been. I was able to catch myself cause I had the door handle, but it strained my back. The guy working the counter was staring right at me when it happened. I said, āthe floor is really wet right there. Someone is going to get hurt.ā His response was āyeah, itās hot outside, and we canāt control condensation.ā Of course not, but having the floor mats down before you open to the public makes more sense. This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A. At least the...
