Wingstop — Restaurant in Louisiana

Remind my self again why I do t eat here!!! Wait on line forever to order .. When you receive your order and it’s wrong and the manger want’s you to drive back because he can only fix it that night . Mind u already wait an hour and it’s already late because you are a working family .. If it wasn’t brought back that night there wasn’t nothing he would be able to do and this is the second time that they have missed up on the same order!!!!My family eats here once a week . I don’t eat it .There is always a issue either the fry’s are cold , the chicken is the wrong flavor or to hard to chew …tonight will be the last .. I cash in on a Credit from a previous Order that I was double charged for because no one new how to give a credit back because they are now a cash less system and the cashier was new so I was going to be humble about the situation .I’m here to let let you know they played with me and I was nice about it so imagine what they doing with your food in the kitchen .. When i gothome the tenders were burnt and had so much oil and lemon pepper they were a salty soggy mess .. The fry’s smell brunt and you could see the salt on top .. I called and reported this and I just had a conversation with the manager before I made the order about how bad their service had been … Save Your Time ,Money and Taste Buds .. Use your air fryer you can do a better job!!!Wing Stop U NEED 2 B STOPED...

This was my first time every going to wing stop and the store was just diggusting! Food was all over the floor and the employees were lazy and rude. One of the girls working the front taking the orders just didn’t seem like she even cared to be there and wasn’t helpful at all. When I finally got my food it wasn’t hot and tasted bland. I was not going to even leave a review, because I’m usually not the type to give bad reviews, but to top off our experience my friend lost her keys in the store. It was cold and raining outside and she has a 4 month old baby. When we asked the girl in the front if someone turned in my friends keys, after looking all over, she said no. They watched us look for her keys for about 20 mins. Then we go back and ask a second time and another girl just ignored my question, walked to the back and brought us the keys. Obviously there was a lack of communication and when the keys got turned in, they did not think to ask anyone. Lastly, they had no soap in the bathroom. I hope this isn’t where your employees wash their hands because if so they are not doing a good job keeping their hands clean while dealing with other people’s food. This is the first and last time I will go to...

I got there at 5:20. Two different orders. 1: 10pc boneless lemon pep xtra crispy, 1 cheese fry extra crispy,1 voodoo fry, 10pc mild drums, 10pc plain flats. (3 ranch) 2nd: 10pc lemon pep traditional combo, 10pc garlic parm boneless combo, 6pc plain boneless combo, xtra side veggies. (3 ranch, 2 cheese sauce) Total spent: ~$85

Teen was distracted and when i got my food(30 min) missing items(voodoo fries, 3 sauces) 2 items were wrong(cheese fries, buffalo all drums) on the FIRST order. She also missed voodoo fries i asked for. Reordered item missing and cooked it again. 15 min later the items that were wrong came out and she still forgot my ranch (45 min). When 2nd order came ( 50 minutes) missing 2 fries had to wait another 5-10 min to get them. I left in my car at 6:22 on the dot.

Got home the boneless lemon pep and fries were not extra crispy as asked, and the lemon pep traditional was not cooked all the way. I hate that i had a bad experience at my fav wing...
