We visited after 6pm on Sunday and it was empty. We actually thought it was closed because, from MLK, we couldn't see any parked cars and the restaurant windows are very tinted so we couldn't see any lights. Regardless, we decided to drive. Once we got to the parking lot, we could, faintly, see someone's head. Because it was empty, the host seated us right away. Our server came almost immediately but she never introduced herself. With her expressionless face and monotone voice she asked for our drink order. Then, upon our request, she gave us more time to decide on our meals. Once she got our order, it took longer than I expected to get our meals, for an empty restaurant. There was a couple that walked in after us but Im pretty sure that was it. It could have been the cook taking long OR our server who was chatting away with others, on the other side of the restaurant. All i know is that our meals were not hot, but warm/almost room temperature, when we got them. When the server brought us our meals she asked if we needed drink refills and that was all the service we got from her. She did not return until it was time to bring the check. Even when she brought the check, all she mentioned was the fact that we could close the sunscreen/blind since the sun was coming in. We agreed but she kept standing there. So my husband decided to close the blinds because it was like she was waiting for us to do it. Once my husband was done, she left the bill without saying anything else and left. Luckily, we didn't need anything else, but I was rather disappointed at her nonchalant behavior because the other server on duty (the one attending the couple, was doing her job by coming around every once in a while to see if they were still fine). The meals were good but i was not impressed with the kids silver 5 dish. The pancakes were very miniature (see pic). This was our first time here, in years, so im not sure if this is how miniature they normally are or if they made them extra small because the kids eat free between 4pm-10pm. I remember the pancakes being bigger. Just for reference, we went to an IHOP in Texas, a week prior to our visit here, and the silver 5 pancakes were about 3 times the size of these. Again, not sure if it has to do with it being a free meal or if this is normally the size. If this is normal then I might have to start getting my 7 and 10 year olds an adult meal. Overall it was just an ok visit. The only reason i would be willing to come back is because I observed the other server do a much better job than ours. This gives me the hope that it is an individual server, that lacks customer service skills, and not the mass.

Awesome people, service and food! Enjoyed every minute we were there. It was my daughter's birthday and we went to Chili's first. Was told it would be 20 mins. wait for a table np after an hour a rude hostess came tell us we could stay in the waiting area. It was 38 degrees outside. She would give her name. Another person named Mercedes said she was the manager and was just as rude. We left and went to IHop and was treated so great. They even apologized for Chili's. Lance made my daughter's birthday so special. Thank you for making our evening such a pleasure.

Jared needs to be retraining all IHOPs chefs! This IHOP has it going on! Best Bacon Temptation I have ever had!!! We travel fulltime and IHOP is one of our go to restaurants. I've always loved Bacon Temptations but the last 2 years it was hit or miss with the bacon. Literally at another location I got bacon bits on a cheese omelet. They were going to lose us, but Jared saved 2 loyal customers!

Very disappointed in today’s food, As well along with the establishment. Walking in the door it smelt as a dirty mop was used in the lobby and floor was greasy, Just looked passed that cause let’s be real things happen and just figured maybe a newbie grabbed a kitchen mop. However we were greeted in and we told the server please seat us away from the door just due to the smell.

Server comes and you can tell he wasn’t very experienced (but again as we know new people are human just like anyone else so we were fine) wasn’t to menu knowledgeable which I blame whoever is in charge of training, its simply a reflection of poor leadership skills.

So as this visit goes on I and my husband order drinks and our food

Where to start

Husband got the breakfast sampler- eggs full of grease (over easy), links and ham (out of links) ham was cold, toast was fine. Hash browns looked like they were cooked way earlier and thrown to the side of the grill so the lazy cook didn’t have to cook . But my husband was still a champ and ate what he could.

I ordered the beef seasoned tacos- I told the server no eggs brings to table with eggs he said I put no eggs I said well why you brought it to the table. His response was I’ll have them scraped off. I said no thanks I’ll do that my self.

I also ordered mash potatoes and a order of kidsMac and cheese and I hear the cook yell to the server order up and tell the server the mash will be done out the microwave in a minute.

As I get the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes I start stir the Mack and cheese and I find a legit cheese ice cube (obviously wasn’t cooked) the server was outside so I got up and took my food by the server area to get a cook or someone attention. The server sees me and say can I help you I said yes my food is ice cold he says how. I said tell the cook who microwaved it to throw it back in for a few mins.

Server went to look for cook and here he comes out the restroom with a cigarette in his ear. And trash bag out his pocket. And walked into kitchen and put my stuff back in the microwave.

Safe to say when I got it back I let the server place the food on table and I asked for the bill.

Got the bill and saw our food was 54.00 bucks I was like this don’t seem correct so I begin to look and I was being charged for coffee which we never ordered. Our two soft drinks. And both our dinners and kids Mac and cheese. I call server yet back over again to point out the problem and he says oh yea and I’ll get it fixed. He comes back with a new bill but says oh yea I had taken off that kids Mac and cheese and I looked at him and said no you didn’t kids eat free as the big blue words are posted. He said ohh okay I said I’m not paying for cheese cubes nor am I gonna pay for food I didn’t recover correctly and it clearly says on ticket no eggs. He said well since you scrapped the eggs off I’ll see what I can do so he leaves again and yet comes back to table with another bill the has now a new whole ticket and a whole 20 percent off (joke right). I asked if any manager was there I was told no. I still paid full bill and left a tip cause it seemed to me yet again this isn’t a server issue it seems to me leadership issues and kitchen staff not properly trained enough or understand the health risk be uncooked food and illness that come from eating food like this and adding non proper hygiene did not make this visit any better.

I have contacted the store and yet I was told no manager is there till after 3pm. Next step is corporate and report to health board. Very disappointed...

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i came with my girlfriend and her cousin for a late lunch. First red flag, we sat for about thirty minutes without getting our drink orders taken. a server shows up and asks us our drink orders and tells us our real server will be with us shortly. we tell her we need a few more minutes. then a third server shows up! she takes our drink orders, i asked for strawberry lemonade. they were out it lemonade. my girlfriends cousin asked for a vanilla milkshake. they were out of ice cream. okay! another 20 minutes go by and the third server lady takes our order. my girlfriends cousin orders mozzarella sticks, they’re out of mozzarella sticks. in the meantime, my girlfriend and i order pepsi and her cousin gets mountain dew. the server brings him a refill, and she brings him an entire different drink. we all ordered chicken and pancakes. they forgot the bananas on one of our pancakes and the pancakes were botched and stone cold, meanwhile the chicken burned my tongue. we’re currently sitting here done with our food and we’ve yet to receive a refill. worst ihop experience i’ve ever had. servers are incompetent and they’re missing half the things on the menu and the quality of the food DID NOT...
