Arby's — Restaurant in Louisville

I wish that no stars was a possibility for this restaurant. I have only been here twice since living in this area and I will not return. The first time I went to this establishment they told me they were out of roast beef (that's pretty much their entire menu). The second time I went I entered the drive through and waited at the speaker for a full 5 minutes before getting on Google maps to see if they were closed. They were supposedly open and did not respond until the individual I was with yelled at the intercom asking if they were open. Even then it wasn't until I started driving away after waiting at this intercom for nearly 10 MINUTES. As I placed my order I was then rudely rushed to finish making my order. After I got to the window to pay I realized the reason I wasn't receiving service is because the employees were too busy watching videos on their phones and flirting to do their jobs. I have never been so horrified at the level of customer service I have received. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Arby's up the road, especially since entering this establishment makes me feel as though I'm going to...

Only waited appx 10 minutes to get my order with 2 cars in front of me. Not bad. Staff was courteous and smiling. They were very busy making orders. No standing around. I got home and distributed the food to my family. Warm and smelled good. But they forgot my wife's beef n cheddar and my kids curly fries. I returned and they was busy as before, so I understand waiting 5 minutes to be assisted. Once I pointed out the error, my food was ready within 30 seconds. Got home. Food I ordered was nearly cold, my kids enjoyed their meal. My wife shared her fries with the girls while I was gone. Everything would have been wonderful, but forgetting items sets a chain of events to occur that ruin the experience. But on behalf of my kids and my wife, I'll still rate 4 stars. But I noticed my wife didn't have the appetite for the beef n cheddar by the time I got home with it, and the added gas money for an extra round trip didn't help. I recommend double checking orders before giving the food to the customer. Until this is addressed, I recommend checking your order before driving away. Otherwise, excellent service...

Updated 4-8-21. Tried to eat here 3 times in the past month they don't have bread, they don't have the new Mac, andes shake... today "We're out of roast beef". HOW? YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE MEATS. Why is this location even open?. Please if you can manage drive down to the Valley location they have the meats and whatever else you need.

So this place recently remodeled inside and outside, but couldn't fix the horrible entrance ramp, and car I have been in scraps entsring or exiting the lot. And someone decided a few months ago to change the thickness on the roast beef. It is now thicker, which is not a good thing. Thin sliced roast beef is what makes the sandwiches so good, but now that it has been changed the food isn't as good. The other locations (Valley, crittenden drive) that I have been to still have the normal thin slice, also this location is always higher priced...
