Arby's — Restaurant in Louisville

Well Seneca Park is been there for a very very long time even way before I was born it's it's a large Park it's over by Bowman field Interstate 64 East and West and it's over on the pretty much the south west side of St Matthews large Park got a golf course Golf Course have been there for a long long time it's kept up well maintained well they got golf carts and golf you know rentals if you need them but they have very their it's a two-lane road that goes pretty much right to the park from Taylor's road down to whatever that is rode down there is it's well maintained there's a stream that runs through it it's it's lit up at night the best they can with the street lights and that there are pedestrian crosswalks very very well marked whenever you see one of the progesterone walkways and it's clearly marked which it is and persons are trying to cross on foot or on a golf cart or pulling their Club carts with them you need to stop you right away to the pedestrians they have the right away it's beautiful out there there's an area where you can hit golf balls up by Next by Bowman field it's a large public park it's got a couple very very large Hills and that even want to snowing and go down sledding down a steep steep hill so you know it's it's the well maintained Park it's part of the Louisville...

Me, my fiancé and my 13 year old came through drive thru after 9pm to order an roast beef meal with mozzarella sticks, beef and cheddar meal with Diet Coke and 3 piece with fries and Dr Pepper. The lady on the speaker was very unprofessional and not listening to me and my fiancé she kept repeating things that I did not order. She claimed and falsely accused that I said Mello yellow and I clearly did not say that. When we got to the window the same lady gave us a different total when asked to repeat the order the lady at the drive thru lined at me and gave me a smirk and prepared to be unprofessional Alain to the point it really embarrassed me in front of my 13 year old who noticed how much of a bully and disrespect the drive lady was towards me after I asks for a manager and before she shut the door she began red to bully me again in front of my child and fiancé. When the manager came to take my order for the 4th time the same drive through lady on the background was dancing, mocking me, being a bully towards me and being unprofessional and rude. Idk if I will ever come back to that arbys again after being bullied and disrespect land...

My wife and sister n law and I dined at Arby's on 12-08-2023, about 1PM. Folks this was a dining experience!!!! The service was quick and very pleasant. The lady at the counter was friendly and her uniform was spotless. Did not look like she had slept in it like other fast food joints. The store was absolutely spotless! ALL the tables were clean, the door glass was polished, the floors were not sticky or trash strewed, the trash receptacles clean and again no odor. They were not caked with weeks old gunk like other joints. Our food was ready in short order and was HOT tasty and FRESH! we were amazed at the atmosphere. No loud music blaring from the kitchen area, please and thank you were heard from the staff and crew. It was a 5 star experience from the parking spot to the table. My wife needed to use the restroom, she remarked that is was spotless, no odors and the fixtures were sparkling clean. This is not a new store, but one that is well managed! We...
