CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Louisville

Good Luck getting any type of service at the pharmacy. You never know if they’ll be open at the listed hours. The drive thru is closed a LOT. If you call you’re on hold til you finally just hang up in frustration after more than an hour. They don’t answer their phones, they admit that when asked about it saying they’re too busy or short staffed.. I suggested they put a recording saying they’re not answering as a courtesy to the customers. Their answer to that is “not my problem”. Who has that kind of time? This is not occasional, it’s the norm. If a prescription is called in you have to call (good luck there) to make sure it gets filled. Then you have to drive there, ask them to please fill it, then come back when and if they have it in stock. At what point will they improve? I’ve been waiting for that for a long time. They don’t...

I can't leave a review on service because I haven't received any. My doctor called in Rx yesterday morning for a surgery I am having today. All it says is it is delayed. I'm getting ready to go to the surgery center and do not have my Rx. The pharmacy will be closed when we get home. It is important I have my Rx tonight because I must start on the antibiotic. I have tried calling but cannot speak with a person. I have left messages to no avail. Needless to say I will not be using this pharmacy...

I went several times to the drive thru to pick up meds. Waited first time 30 minutes, left, next time 45 minutes, then proceeded to go inside to pick up meds, and no one waited on me, so I lefty. Last time finally picked up meds and waited 15 minutes. Yes I went at different times and waiting has never been an issue til now.
