Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

I don't give anybody firestar's cuz nobody's perfect words thoughts or actions I don't care who you are or what you are but anyway Papa John's number on Hillsborough Road is that a good location plenty of parking plenty of well-lit parking I went inside it right away they asked me who I was and I said well I'm here to pick up a pizza order I talked to the manager right away very kind and polite very helpful and got the oriented and they said your pizza was not ready you have to wait I have no problem with that the only thing I wish they did have and there is a couple of chairs to sit in cuz when you get older you know you can I wish they had chairs in there the sit down three or four chairs with backs on it that'd be really really great but it's really good if I tell Tales road you can order online call in to carry out the evening to deliver if you want it so basically it's location...

The only reason I gave this location 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this review. I am a frequent customer of papa John’s and I have NEVER had an issue at this location. EVER. until tonight. I go into the store and I am the ONLY customer in the building and I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact that I am THERE and I’m a paying customer. Not a hey, hello or how are you.. nothing they just ignored my presence. I then speak up and say “hello can I get my order that I paid for so I can leave and get back to work?” This man working at the counter goes and grabs my pizza box (still hasn’t said 2 words to me) and literally threw the pizza at me. We have been LOYAL Happy Papa John's Pizza customers for many years but late on September 14th, I ordered an online 2 Pizza delivery which arrived via Door Dash delivery driver. We were celebrating my wife's 80th Birthday. When I flipped open the 1st thin pizza box, a ROACH scurried across the pizza and out of the box. Needless to say, we threw BOTH Thin Papa John's pizzas away, I called the Hikes Point store on September 15th and was told the store Manager was on vacation. I was told the District Manager would contact me but when he didn't, I tried calling the Papa John's Corporate Office and was hung up on, twice. I guess this is how Papa John's is NOW doing business.
