Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

Omggggg what a mess I wouldn’t have been there if not for my mother it was a disaster the line was wrapped around the building and moved so freaking slow and when we finally made it up there the poor guy forgot my order and then didn’t ask for money but I’m not like that so I told him hey sweetie you didn’t get the money because I know what that would be like for him to have a short drawer and he was young but that’s not the part that behooved me we got our order drove thru checked the bag and it wasn’t even our order so had to go back and they wouldnt bring it out nor would they answer the phone at first called 2xs finally got someone it was a mess and oh yes while ordering don’t forget it’s homeless people at the spot begging you as your ordering your food which we gave money god bless his soul he was more prepared then the peeps in...

6PM on a Sunday evening, empty dining room and no cars in the Drive-thru when I parked. Ordered 2 Chalupas, 2 Crunchy Supreme and an order of Nacho fries to go. I live directly across the street... 2 minute trip. What I received was a bag of ice cold food that had obviously been sitting around for who knows how long? The crunchy tacos had turned to soggy soft tacos. The fries were completely limp. The Chalupas did not even taste like chalupas. Stomach started to hurt almost instantly upon eating. Almost all went into the garbage. Why is this stuff not being cooked or made to order? If they were busy, I would half way understand... 18 bucks worth of nasty was all this was! The girl who handed me the bag was rude and seemed in a hurry - WHY? I was the only one there and she obviously did not make my order - when I ordered it!!! Will...

I really want to give this store a great review as I have gone here since childhood (even though older location used to be closer to Wendy's). Unfortunately about 50% of the time I go through the drive through there seems to be an item or two missing. Store dining room was closed at 8ish the other day and we were going it have to go back in a line of 7 or so cars to get the two missing items. I decided not to do that and unfortunately this might be the last time I visit this location. Fast food service is a very hard job, and I am trying not to be so uptight but this has happened too many times in the past and I just decided to speak up now. Don't get me wrong though, workers are very nice and food is very well made....just gets annoying always having to run back for my...
