I don't mind paying extra for another cup, but they only give you .15c off if you bring your own cup, but .50c extra if you need a second cup.
I bought a large cup of coffee and asked for an extra cup, and was charged 50 extra, I told them Starbucks does not charge for an extra cup and none of the other Heine Brothers location or employees charged that, she said she was the manager, and they were doing it wrong. It might be silly my complaints but if you pay 6 dollars (tip included) for a coffee it might be really good. From the temperature of the milk, design of your coffee and customer service otherwise I can go myself to a gas station and make my a coffee myself. It was my first time at this location though. I always visit Saint Matthew's location on Shelbyville road. Please pay attention to details. Fair-trade is not philosophy that you can claim to espouse when you do not even pay your employees a livable wage.
