Barry Bagels Norton Commons — Restaurant in Louisville

I went to the location today (Sunday) at 9am. I waited an hour for my food. I am writing this review because I hope that the owner can see and I wish that the business can stay here.

(1) As for food, it's good. We all liked it.

(2) The wait time is crazy. I waited for an hour for 3 breakfast sandwiches and 1 bagel.

(3) You will have to hire regular workers who are serious and effective in doing the work. There were only three teenagers running the store when I was there. I don't feel that they qualified for that busy time. One guy waited a long time for a bagel and was notified that this specific type of bagel was out. The guy just left immediately. The cashier did not notice and did not offer any immediate resolution. When he eventually thought about taking several dollars to fund that guy, he was told by other customers in the store that the guy already left.

(4) The owner needs to think about how to improve the equipment to speed up the process. For example, the kids were cutting bagels with a knife. I have never see a bagel store without a bagel cutter.

(5) At 9am on a Sunday, at least two types of bagels were already out of stock. This upset customers, especially when customers have already waited there for half an hour! The owner needs to have a better inventory planning.

Unfortunately, the Barry's Bagels that I'm used to is just not the same as this location. When you go to order a bagel , especially in everything bagel I didn't expect it to be extremely salty . It wasn't just one Bagel we ordered several on all of them are like this. Additionally when we ordered cream cheese on them, it looked like they just put a sample size amount on it,objectively. At other BB locations, when you order cream cheese on the bagel, you get a quarter of an inch thickness of cream cheese. When we first got the bagels at this location, we weren't sure there was any cream cheese on them because it looked like they just sliced it and...
