I Love Juice Bar — Restaurant in Middletown

The worst juice place I have ever experienced! It took 2 1/2 hours to get our order. We patiently came and left every time we were told it would take an additional 30 mins. The last time we came back to get our juice (2 1/2 hours later) it still wasn’t ready and the front attended was still hesitant to make it.

Now let’s talk about what we received (pictured below). One of the juices was not filled properly, therefore I paid full price for half a drink.

Additionally, I watched them make our drinks. They had to make more bc they ran out of what was in the cooler below. I ordered 3 separate green drinks, yet I received the exact same one for all 3. Nothing was done different. I was also given 2 juices that were just sitting out. That I assumed had been sitting out the entire time.

They use 1 juicer to make several different juices, that in itself is terrible.

While standing there I witnessed others waiting and terrible customer service. People waited several minutes before even being addressed. Definitely not good customer service.

Overall, the front of the location was inviting and clean, however, I will never return or recommend!Additionally the taste of the juice was “ok” at best. As a person who travels a lot and often seek out Juice Bars (because I am an avid juicer) this place is an ABSOLUTE NO!! I hope they see this and choose...

I LOVE JB MIDDLETOWN! What’s not to like about this place!? From the staff to the delicious smoothies, drinks and foods/bowls.. Juice Bar has got it going on. The ambiance of the store is relaxing and comforting. The walls are decorated with colorful signage and beautiful menu items. You can grab your item to-go or stay and have it in the store. All of the drinks are amazing but My favorite item on the menu is the Green Smoothie! Also I like the Allergy Shot in the summer time when my allergies are going crazy. They tend to get busy, as ANY fast food restaurant does so sometimes there may be a small wait for you to get your items. But it’s well worth it. The staff works really fast to get you your order. Also they offer online ordering so if you’re ever in a hurry I’d suggest that. But all in all. I love this place!...

I love Juice Bar, but it’s absolutely ridiculous how this place is ran! More than not, when I go out of my way to come to this location, either the store isn’t open (during posted business hours), they are missing important ingredients my juice bar should have, or they are only taking cash. Today was the last straw. Someone inside the building, but the doors locked an hour after they are supposed to be open. Girl just looks up at us and Gowan back to what she’s doing.
