Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Louisville

Very dissatisfied with our visit. My husband put in our name. We got there a few minutes after 6 & left 3 minutes til 8. They guy told him it would be a 10 minute wait & we'd have to wait outside. Not that big of deal at first. We waited for 25 minutes while other people that came way after us were allowed to stay inside & we're seated before us. When my husband went back in to talk to the guy he told my husband I thought someone already sat you all down. Finally got seated, or waitress was fine at first. She took our appetizer order & our sons order. She never came back & got mine or my husband's order. Another waitress took our order. We get it was busy but she was more worried about the group of men at the table next to us ordering beer. She came back & asked if we wanted refills. Never came back but went to the same table of men. Looked right at me & walked off. Another waitress asked what we were drinking & gave us our refills. Took about 30 minutes for my husband and I to get our food. My husband order a burger medium well & I ordered the Cuban sandwich. His burger was well done & dry. There was next to nothing on my sandwich. If we weren't so hungry we wouldn't have eaten our food. Definitely don't recommend wasting your time...

Got a five cheese burger and a chicken breast meal as a take home.

Service was fine, but the food was almost flavorless and was lazy. No seasonings. The burger was like watery imitation meat and the cheese has literally no flavor at all, like melted plastic. The "bun" was toasted bread, not even Texas toast. The mac and cheese side was literally just Kraft blue box. Nothing wrong with that... If you're at home and want to be lazy. Why even serve it if you're not going to bother making it in-house? It's just cheese, milk, butter and pasta guys! I seriously can't believe this place's standards for food are this low.

Has some cheap beer options, I didn't get any.

Overall just a very mediocre experience. You'd do better making your own dishes at home. You'd get a much better burger at Culver's or even McDonald's has equal quality.

You could get the same quality for next to no effort and for less money, which is exactly the amount of effort they put into the food at this joint. I absolutely not to recommend this place, go somewhere where they actually...

We arrived only to walk in to an unfriendly host, we had to search for a clean table, then we looked around for our waitress who finally showed up again not real friendly. After we got our food my boyfriend had gotten a Amarillo fire cracker burger and it was COLD! A $12 burger should Not be cold. My app sampler wasn't very good and I asked for sour cream the waitress walked all around the restaurant several times and finally came back and asked if we needed more water. We said yes and before I could get out what else I was about to ask for she cut me off and said sour cream as she was walking away. Then as we are walking out we hear the people at the tables outside who are holding plastic forks talking about how they are out of silver wear!
