Burger King — Restaurant in Louisville

Employee taking order at the drive thru was making fun of my accent and laughing w/ another employee (all over a open mic) and then began talking to me using the "funny" accent. I asked to speak to a supervisor when I arrived at the window. Initially, it was only the employee at the window and I confronted her about making fun of my accent (no profanity used at all). Her response included a few cuss words and then the Supervisor came on the scene. He was fantastic. Great leadership! He was doing his best to make the employee realize she was unprofessional and that cussing at a customer would/could end up w/ her termination. Eventually, the employee apologized (reluctantly). He asked her to leave the window & he & I talked for a minute. All I wanted & expected, was to place my order, get my food, and be on my way. Instead, an employee makes fun of me & then lies about it when confronted. BTW....my teenage daughter heard the employee making fun of me & then cussing at me later. When I received my order, I was too scared to eat it because I didn't know if the employee may have put something in my food. I threw it away. If you can go elsewhere, I would strongly...

Everyone leaving this place 1 star reviews after not getting what you wanted from Uber eats… First, why are you ordering from a Burger King located next to a gas station off Uber eats, and second why are you expecting the service of said place to be superb? Lol it’s a Burger King next to a gas station… lower your expectations maybe, or idk, go to the drive thru yourself. I have had issues here once (the whopper bun was out of stock, so I was substituted a brioche bun with dairy, which I wasn’t able to eat.) but tbh, as it goes, I can’t complain about this location. Nice employees, and usually fast (good) food, which is the whole point. My favorite Burger King in the area. Can’t say what it’s like ordering delivery from here, because I don’t order drive-thru places through delivery services. I can, however, vouch positively for the app and in store purchases. Love an impossible whopper with large fries. Miss the fiery strawberry sprite with a passion. Please bring it back Burger King D: All...

I was greeted when I walked in, but it took four minutes to get my order taken.

I noticed all the water on the floor I. The drive thru area, and the water that was flowing unto the deep fryer. I mentioned to the lady taking my order that those looked like OSHA and Health Department concerns. She told me that they had told the District Manager and were told to deal with it.

I also noticed the pile of Crossandwiches in the chute. There were at least two dozen.

I ordered a soft drink instead of coffee. There was a Cambro container catching the water that was dripping from the soda fountain, and standing water around the machine. I had to be careful not to slip. Half of the options on the soda fountain were blacked out.

My order was ready quickly. You guessed it...I got two of the long sitting sandwiches. They were luke warm, and there was more cheese in the wrapper than on the sandwiches.
