I spilled water on my computer and killed it. This guy said he could retrieve my photo files and store them onto a hard drive. Apparently there was an issue, and he just quit contacting me. I kept calling him and texting him to get my drive back and my computer parts but he was never in his shop and wouldn't return my texts or calls. Apparently this was during his move. All of my professional photos, personal nudes, family pics, everything was on this drive. When I finally caught up to him, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and then admitted to losing my property. This was six months ago and he still hasn't found my personal property I paid him to take care of and he doesn't return my messages. If he couldn't do the job, he could have just said so and returned my stuff, but he is not a professional and he is disrespectful to his customers. He will not respect your property or privacy. My computer was having a very strange problem. I had some browsers unable to connect to the internet, but others could connect and wouldn't accept downloads. I consider myself tech-savvy and spent the first half of college in computer engineering; and this problem was above my head.

I first went to Shan about a month ago, for what I thought was an easy fix for a charger port. The repair was supposed to take a week. I went to pick it up after a couple of weeks because there was an issue with the part and my computer was still not repaired. There was also additional issues.
