I went to this location with my family got 32.61 dollars worth of food food was hard fish was old no bacon on double wooper both chicken was old too the drink stayion had black mold the napkin despenser was dirty the tea tasted awful with the thing that holds the bag in the tea had black mold in it the floors were dirty as hell the tables had trash on it also the lady cleaning the tables had black sanitizer water cleaning the tables off with it also she left it out in the lobby while we were eating i went up to get them to fix the fish first they fixed that but then i took the chicken up there and they said whats wrong now i told them the manager said the chicken just came out of the fryer when i saw them get it out of the r2d2 which just keeps something warm it was hard as a rock also that mangers name is chandris madry said this i also told her we never recived a receipt she said i k i gave her a reciept we never got one and when i asked the lady who rung our order up to print us a new one she said we are busy can u come back up later and get it we are busy rude! Also the manager asked if i wanted to wait anouther 7 mins for new sandwiches i said no politely and i asked for money back she said ok then had us swipe our card didnt give us a receipt for the refund left me standing there so i yelled out can i get a copy of receipt then she gave it to me and stomped off. Aalso the manger said the money wpuld be back on our card that day in 2 to 3 hrs it hasnt gone on the card yet So then i called the costmer sevice to tell them out expieriance and ask the money didnt go back on the card he said unfortunatly we cant do anything about that bc its a franchise company and it would take 2 to 3 buisness days to go on the card i asked if i could talk to a supervisor and he told me unfortiantly i cant do that or could he not give me the number to higher management so i could talk to them. With that being said if u are a health ispector u need to go check this place out just plain awful experiance also rude and also if ur going to eat there i wouldnt i would go somewere else its not...
Read moreFront of house needs attention carefully, trash overflowing, customers waiting in lobby three customers in front of me were standing around waiting on food. One customer asked numerous times wht she order weather cherry or frozen coke then come to find out machine on defrost mode(smh), then customer asked if order was to go or not(smh), tthen one customer recieved their order stated she waited 25min. On to go order then another to go order comes out which he was waiting before me. After i place my order customer walks in and waited 5min before he even was greeted and asked his order, finally my order came out which was place @1524hrs it took ten minutes for my order to come out as i turnt around to eat my food in the lobby ur lobby was a little messy, trash needed to be taken out and tables needed to be wiped down along with a sweep of the floor. My food overall was ok fries were hot which is a plus got to the burger it was luke warm bread tasted a little old and my bacon was burnt which i cant stand but i dealt with it for the most part being that im on a lunch i give this store a 2 and thats me being nice for the fact my fries were HOT but my overall observance of this store; improvements needed asap greet ur customers at the door give us an acknowledgement and be attenitive to ur lobby and get the order right the first time than continuing to ask questions that clearly answer themselves on ur if u know how to read ur screens and employee overall apperance is lousy comb ur damn hair and look presentable to ur customers employees need more training and manager on duty need to take control of his store and be...
Read moreThis was my first time bringing my family to this Burger King, and honestly it’ll be the last. We were the only customers there around 11:45, but the woman in all black, who looked like a supervisor, made us feel completely unwelcome. She kept holding her chin up and giving us a dirty look, like she was looking down on us, almost as if we didn’t belong there or couldn’t afford the food. We even dress neat, and I don’t think we looked poorly at all. Yes, we are Asian, racist much? For the record, we’re not wealthy, but we’re definitely not poor either. We just wanted to enjoy a simple meal together without being judged. What makes it worse is this is the closest Burger King to my house in Auburn Oaks, so I thought it would be a nice go-to spot. Instead, I walked out feeling disappointed and disrespected. The food at Burger King is the same everywhere. The only thing that makes a location worth coming back to is the service. As someone who manages a hotel, I know how important it is to treat people with respect, even when you’re having a rough day.
