Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

I give this place a negative star and a stare. This is one the nastiest, filthiest restaurants I've ever walked into. Does the health department just pass this place by? The disgusting appearance of the worker behind the counter, a young man, sloppily dressed in filthy clothes, with dirty hair and a dirty hat pulled over his eyes, who could have been less interested in taking food orders, immediately made me want to bolt for the car and forget I'd ever walked into the joint. I was wrong to have ignored that gut feeling. The place was very backed up and a gentleman was red-faced and complaining loudly about the condition in which his order had been presented to him. After a reasonable wait in line to place an order for a 3-Meat thin crust pizza I took a seat in one of the two chairs provided and settled in for the wait. Turns out I had plenty of time to observe things since my order wasn't put in the line up. Let's just say that those pizzas are not made with love and leave it at that. I brought home raw. thin crust, two-meat pizza, not quite what I'd ordered. There seemed to be an over-abundance of employees in the kitchen who were completely disorganized and no two were dressed the same. Indeed, no two employees seemed even to have bathed recently. I imagine that when the place closes at night, they just turn the lights out and go home. No cleaning required. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm not even kidding. It's...

I’m beyond devastated right now I ordered online at 6:20, tracker said order to be ready for pick up between 6:45-6:50. I get to the store at 7:02 orders not ready I leave go to the dollar store come back at 7:22 order still not ready young girl at the counter then gets an order ready for me I get to the car to realize she had given me the wrong order (I’m not upset with her at all accidents happen) I take the order back in the store she tells me it was labeled wrong and she would start making my order I asked how long it would be and she said 25-30mins I asked for a refund explaining that my son has a bedtime she gets the manager I asked the manager if I needed my card for the refund she didn’t even look at me and said no she hands me a receipt telling me the money would be back on my card in 3-5 days I then explained to her that was all the money I had now I’m unable to go across the street to get my kid a burger before bed she tells me there is nothing she can do about it I said I guess I have no choice but to wait on the pizza but guess what she wants me to pay for it and all the money I had was on hold due to their mistake now I’ll have to feed my kid breakfast for dinner. Where is the compassion in the world I wasn’t just trying to get some free food but why should my son and I pay for...

This visit will be my last @this location. I ordered online and my food wasnt ready 35 minutes after (said 15-20) I always check my food before leaving, glad I did my large cheese looked more like a calzone. It was completely folded in half stuck together. The CSR took care of that and said shed get another one in, 5 minutes added to my time. So I took the rest of my order to car while waiting. Went to eat one of my crazy bread amd it was raw 😷 The dough literally stuck to my fingers. So once again I'm at the counter speaking to the CSR about my crazy bread and she tried to argue with me saying thats how there made.. NO cooked is how there made. Manager came and tried to argue thats how there made as well. Meanwhile other customers clearly seen and stated to the employees that "no thats clearly not done its raw dough". Customer Service Skills needed.. As well as learning how to watch a timer, or training cooks...
