Not sure where to start... massive language barrier. As we were ordering she kept talking over us and the order wasn't popping up on the drive through screen so it was hard to determine what she actually heard and what she didn't. We repeated the order several times but any confirmation she gave couldn't be understood. She didn't give a total so we were having to guess at what we were being charged. As our food was being handed out it sounded like she said something about croissants but we didn't order croissants. We repeated the order again (sandwich, snacking bacon, and bagel minis). She said no minis. But she hadn't told us this before. That was half of one of our breakfasts and we probably would have gone somewhere else if we'd known or at least ordered something else. And in case there's any thought that the problems were just on our end (I thought this at first) as we were pulling away a gentleman at the walk-up window was obviously having similar communication and order issues. Our order itself... One drink was supposed to be half of one flavor half of another but instead both were just put in at full strength creating an extremely sweet drink. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted but it was still quite soft, definitely not toasted. Overall, I cannot recommend this...
Read moreNot much to say but had a weird experience. The woman didn’t understand English which I am very patient with those who struggle because the fact of even trying is commendable. The issue was I asked her a question if they still did happy hour, she couldn’t understand. Ok so I moved on and said just give me a moment as they had some new things on the menu. Then she asked what do I want. We all know when someone’s being rude and I asked her again can you please give me a moment. No one’s in the back of me. Then she said we’re closed. I’m like um what ?? Like how did you close at a quarter till or why would you ask what I wanted if your closed. So I checked the hours and sure enough they were supposed to be closed. Which I appreciate she was going to take my order I guess or maybe she didn’t understand I was trying to order when she aggressively asked what do I want. But I would have been fine if she had let me know she was closed when I first pulled up. Yet instead she chose to be disrespectful. Because as I’m literally putting my car in drive she yells you leave!! I’m like um excuse me. I can literally leave when I’m ready I don’t know what her issue was as if me sitting in my car would stop her from...
Read moreIn my 15+ years living in Louisville, I have frequented many of Dunkin' stores & I had pretty good visits since.. but the one on Preston Hwy takes the cake! Unfortunately, I have a hearing defect, and sometimes I have a hard time understanding whomever is taking my order. First off, the lady (an Indian lady) was rude to me. I had to ask her how much was my order (a large iced Vanilla Machiotto (sp‽) and a Bacon & cheese croissant.. it came out to $10. Now, I knew it was a bit high, but I was rushed to pay while I WAS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY OUT MYSELF! I'm sorry, I work in Customer service, but I would NEVER rush a person to pa. And therefore, I will NEVER visit the Preston Highway location EVER AGAIN! I don't appreciate the rude behavior, NOR do I don't appreciate the overpriced coffee that came with it. I will let Corporate office know & they will be hearing this from me. May you have...
