Asked about a military discount, cashier/male said yes no problem, after our group of 15 ordered and 12 minutes later We had to reorder something else. I ask about the male did he make sure he did the discount on the pervious order, he said he forgot. Didn't apologize at all. The manager standing there, I ask if she could redo the order and apply the refund back to the card. She said NO, I ask if she would comp the kids meal I was wondering to help offset the mistake by her employee? She again said NO. We can't do anything like that in our system. After a small debate. She told me I was never a manager. She didn't know me at all. After we were headed out, I ask her name. It was Dawn. The she told another worker I was mad bc I didn't get a free meal out of her!!!. WHAT? I said no it was about a MILITARY DISCOUNT. She then yelled at the top of her lungs... BYE!!. I've never ever seen this type of disrespect from a manager. DO NOT EAT HERE. Read moreWe hardly ever have fazzolis because the ones near us are horrible(horrible staff, food is never good over bad experience every time you go) but we were in the area visiting friends and stopped at this location and we were so impressed and so happy! Food was wonderful, place was clean and the staff was really busy we even heard someone training someone in the kitchen and it sounded really professional.
I am assuming the younger guy with glasses wearing a black shirt was the manager… he was so AWESOME! So fast! Clearly a good worker! When there wasn’t customers he was busy cleaning and was so friendly!
Side note: we did see someone in the kitchen take their hat off and scratch their head for a solid 2 mins then proceed to touch plates with peoples food with those same gloves on lol pretty gross but I’ve definitely seen worse lol happy we were just waiting on a to go container at that point.

Read moreI have actually never experienced a worse level of customer service than I have received here, and I have eaten at some very sketchy places. The young man greeted me at the drive thru with a loud deep sigh and “yeah order when you’re ready.” After telling him it was a mobile order he didn’t let me get a word out before naming off a few names, then began flipping his hands around as if to suggest “okay what’s your name” closed the window when I said my name, came back and said “it’s not ready pull up” and closed it on me. Endured that treatment just to get home and have 8wings in my 10 piece, 3 breadsticks, and a missing frozen Italian ice. Unfortunately, this has become common practice at this location. If you choose to eat here, make sure it’s during an earlier shift. The only consistency the evening shift displays is terrible attitudes and incorrect orders.
