Hardee’s — Restaurant in Louisville

This used to be the best Hardee’s in town and the cleanest and most modern I’ve ever been to. Now they refuse to serve anyone without a car unless you want to walk up to the drive thru and risk being run over. That is not safe or right to expect people to do that. You can’t even use the toilet or wash your hands; the doors are always locked. Hateful and unfair to customers. Many people don’t drive. It creates more traffic by not letting people inside. Hardee’s deserves to go bankrupt for not letting you inside to order and wash your hands and relieve yourself before and after eating like other restaurants.

Don’t tell me they can’t get enough employees - Taco Bell and other places stayed open except when they were forced to close. Hardee’s chose not to open and hire adequate staff or pay them competitively. Open the doors. Taco Bell down the road has better customer service and lets people order and eat inside. It is discrimination against poor people and homeless people and disabled and elderly who don’t or can’t drive. We all should be able to eat inside out of the sun and heat and rain and cold. We should be able to use the toilet and wash our hands any time during business hours.

The bosses making decisions have no empathy or respect for poor or disabled or homeless of elderly or any one who need to use the toilet or wash their hands. I hope they lose more revenue and lose customers forever. I am sick and tired of this nonsense. We need to boycott until they Let us inside and stop discriminating. Everyone should be served whether we have a car or not. Everyone should be able to use the toilets and wash their hands and sit and eat inside in a dry comfortable room. We do not all have cars and some don’t even have homes. A restaurant that treats millions of people like they don’t matter deserves to fail miserably. Boycott...

I watched this location being built as I have been driving by it to go to Burger King and couldn't wait for it to open. I had been to the Hardees website and saw the Hardees biscuits that I used to eat 3 decades ago were 2 for $4. I pulled up to the drive thru after reading online the menu at other Hardees locations in the city. This location was new and had not posted their menu list. Since it was lunchtime I was prepared to order something I had seen online on another location's menu. I read the menu and typically at all drive thru's the items I wanted were not on the menu or not quickly view-able. I was asked for my order and ordered a 1/2 lb burger. I pulled to the window and commented to the cashier that I worked close and would be visiting several morning a week for their 2 for $4 biscuits. The cashier informed me she was the district manager and that the store was a franchise and did not participate in the 2 for $4 promotion. So basically when I see ads on TV for deals and head to this location I won't get the deal. That's not acceptable anymore than the cold burger I was served. The fries were hot. The price was outrageous and I will continue to drive by this Hardees on the way to Burger King. I don't appreciate businesses that benefit from corporate promotions that bait me in then do not honor the corporate offer. I just keep getting more and more disappointed everything I go there. I like the food and it is made fine every time I go but seriously last 3 visits seem to be getting worse. 1. I pull up and all employees are outside smoking weed and around there corner there is 2 of them arguing super loud. 2. I placed an order for myself and it came to $22. I pulled up and told him it's usually $14 I order the same thing from there all the time. He tells me that he accidently put it in for 2 meals. He said sorry he will just give me the second sandwich since they already made it for free and apologies for being new. Then he takes my card and still charges me the full $22. When he brings the food he only gives me 2 sandwiches and one drink. The reciept showed 2 meals with fries, 2 drinks, and an extra large drink. I was so annoyed I just left because I didn't want to deal with it. 3. Last night pull up and sit at the speaker about 10 minutes and finally someone comes on and says "we aren't taking orders right now". I see Hardee's having a post on indeed often saying they are hiring for a new district manager. I feel compelled to take that job just to fix the Hardee's in this market because seriously the others are even more trash. This one off wesport is actually the best overall.
