Had to wait a few minutes on my order, but food was warm and tasted good. Wish the French Toast sticks were more warm. Also noticed the price was a little higher, I noticed because I always get the same thing. But that's just how it is nowadays, everything has increased in price. Right across the street from work, so I like that I don't have to travel far to get there..plus it's right beside Walmart and Speedway is just across the street. It's a very convenient location. P.S.:My biggest complaint with this place is sometimes the food isn't hot or the French Toast sticks are incredibly hard. I visited a week or so ago and the cheese wasn't even melted on my sandwich 👎 Update: it's Friday 2-25-22 went to get breakfast on first break, this time I tried bacon instead of sausage and asked for an extra piece of bacon. So looks like they just shoved some bacon into a croissandwich that waa already sitting under the heat lamp.. the only problem is it was sausage! So they forgot to pull the sausage off the sandwich. Really!? I couldn't get a fresh sandwich? So I got a bacon AND sausage, egg and cheese croissandwich...lol..I git both meats! And these daggone French Toast sticks. I love them but they are always cold and hard. But today took the cake. At the window the young lady handed me my food without saying anything, i waited to get her attention to ask if everything was in the bag. They had stuffed everything for 4 people to eat in one medium bag. It was full to the top and the bag was starting to rip. She said yes. I got home about 10 minutes later and took everything out of bag and things was missing. I called and talked to the manager Brett and he told me exactly what i was missing. I guess he knew what they forgot. He told me i would have to bring back the receipt to get it replaced. I asked him if i could get the order remade for having to come back up there, he said yes. Read moreThe absolute worst BK in the East End. Service is excruciatingly slow. I placed a simple mobile app order, 2 items, no customizations. Nobody was in the drive-thru line, only 2 customers in the lobby.
I was asked to wait at the speaker for a second, which became 4 minutes. Once I told them I had a mobile order, they instructed me to drive to the window.
Confirmed my order and they said just a minute. That was 10 minutes ago. Cars behind me are queing up and nobody from BK has bothered to give me an update. Meanwhile, my other meal from a different establishment is getting cold because fast food at BK is the equivalent of table service speed.
In this amount of time, Chick-fil-A would have served more than 50 guests efficiently.
To whomever is the proprietor of this franchise, it's either time to shut it down or clean house and try again.
