I have ordered from this restaurant for the past 6 months every Sunday. Every weekend there are always issues with the staff ringing up and knowing what is on the menu, orders always being wrong, staff highly moody and not wanting to even serve us. We spend 70 to 80 dollars every Sunday. The reason we keep orders is my husband looks forward to this breakfast on his only day of but it’s honestly the worst experience we have ever had here in Kentucky since we have moved here 7 months ago. Today is the last straw where I ordered 88 dollars in food to pick up got home to be missing the order because the employee put half our order in the wrong bad and basically said I didn’t look in the bag because he knows he put it in the bag and this conversation happened after he looked at another staff member telling her no that he wasn’t helping me and stood at the counter refusing to even speak to me. I’m 9 months pregnant have a 6 figure income and I love the lord I would never try to tell anyone a lie to get food. I’m absolutely beside myself with this location and will never be back to this place again. What makes it so much worse is the straight disrespect every weekend like everyone there hates their job and has no problem projecting that negativity among the customers and chaos it truly is unfortunate that our weekend breakfast routine has been such an unpleasant experience but we will find another place to spend our money and appreciates our business. God sees all things and the level of disrespect from these employees for the length of time with no change in attitudes or the ability to get our order right even once is ridiculous and no one deserves this for that kind of money. They do not care about this business or customers or have any standards for those who live their lives in a completely different light. Truly unfair. Went to Bob Evans as a group of three adults and two children on a Sunday afternoon. There were only a few other customers in the facility.
We were greeted and seated promptly, thereafter it was a bad experience.
Our orders were taken after an excessive delay, then then we waited much too long before our food was served.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The hash browns were cooked only on one side. Pancakes not even warm. One adult ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. She was served two scoops of cold scrambled eggs with a slice of cold cheese on top. Actually round scoops of cold scrambled eggs, like from an ice cream scoop.
I had to request Tabasco sauce four times before our server brought it. My coffee wasn't refilled until I asked three times. Ditto for extra napkins and pancake syrup.
We requested that the server return our food and and prepare new. Again, the replacement orders were unsatisfactory. The hash browns were exactly as before, cold and cooked on only one side. They appeared to be the same food we were previously served transferred to new plates.
I went to the men's restroom while waiting for the food to be served. There were large puddles of urine on the floor under each urinal, with wet footprints leading to the door.
I would rate only one star but for the apologetic response I received from the manager when I called our unsatisfactory experience to his attention.
In addition to the apology, there was no charge for the items that we did eat. If not for the manger's response to our experience I would never return to this facility, as I had an unacceptable experience here about six months prior.
So I will add this venue to my list of places to revisit and review again.
