I’ve never had a more negative experience at a waffle house than I did the other day on Saturday my friends and I had went around 3:30 in the morning mind you there was maybe two other tables my friend who had got there before us was very rudely asked to move to clean the table off before he could sit down when we arrived we were never greeted we had our napkins and silverware basically thrown on the table at us our server, Tabitha, was not kind at all I will not be returning to this location solely for the treatment that I received on this night. She came to the table and very rudely said who is first then proceeded to rush every single one of us through our order while yelling next before we could even completely finish. Then I got my hashbrowns back not made the way I asked and when I asked for my cheese on it she’s huffed and puffed like it was a big deal. My friend had asked for hot sauce for her meal and again it seemed as if it was the end of the world to go behind the counter and grab a bottle of hot sauce when, again, there was maybe at this point now 2 to 3 other tables not busy at all. Never once did our server check on us ask if we needed refills ask if we needed anything else we had to search for her and hunt her down basically to get what we needed. I am not the type whatsoever to never tip I used to be a server myself so I understand how stressful the serving life can be but in this situation there should’ve been no reason why we were treated the way we were. When I left my tip and I proceeded to walk out the door I could hear her complaining about how much I had left I really strongly wanted to turn around and explain that I left the tip that I thought was necessary for the service that I received but I decided not to. She then continue to complain to my two best friends about it and call me names to them like they weren’t gonna come tell me what she had said, which I will not repeat on here because it is not family friendly. I have given this location multiple Chances because every time I go it’s really slow even though it’s not that busy but this one was my final straw I don’t mind having to wait but I draw the line at being treated like an inconvenience. This location needs to seriously think about the employees they have and how they are treating their customers. I would have given this location another chance but Miss. Tabitha ruined it for them all together. I will make sure everyone knows to STAY CLEAR of this location. Absolutely...

6am the place smelled like floor cleaner, an industrial fan blowing the floor’s dampness across my face, the waitress asking me what I want from literally 18ft away, the guy working with her slamming pots, making high pitched ear busting squeaks while cleaning the grill he seemed pissed and was taking it out on the cleaning chore making as much banging and pot throwing noise he could. Then started whistling, then put on his own boombox playing 90’s headbanger pop. Surreal. The coffee had to be the bottom of a burnt up batch I couldn’t lighten it with 8 creams ruined my tastebuds for the rest of the meal which I’ll assume was ok. Restaurant protocol isn’t for the sake of aesthetics rather for health and safety. This guys hair was ratty and hanging out everywhere while he cooked the meals. Sorry man but a hairnet is required in your case, a very large strong knit hairnet I would think. Something’s not right here, very. I like Waffle House, 24hrs, American breakfast, relatively cheap, but I’m not returning to this location. I apologize for any offense taken. My aim is to honestly advise the masses… and maybe let those that don’t like their job that others can tell and it’s not a good...

I had just gotten off from work. The "cook" is outside in his car having a smoke break. (Cool. No problem) He gets out as I get out of my car and stops me to tell me that if I have a ToGo order, the guy that just left took the last lid for a ToGo container. Again, whatever. I tell him I only want 2 sandwiches and don't need a container. He's like ok. I go inside and sit down, waiting for him to come in. He comes in and then tells me that it's also going to be at least a 15minute wait because he has to clean the grill. He then ask if I want to wait...."No Dude!!!!" If u didn't want to cook or serve a customer then ur in the wrong freaking business. I'm sure a ton of people from my job spend their money there. It's literally the only place, other than Speedway, that's open when we get off!! I am so over going in there. There's usually some homeless folks in there sleep or hanging out outside (again...whatever) but I do not feel completely safe. This location is complete TRASH!!! U can't even call ahead an order because NO ONE answers the phone. I hope people that also work where I work ( one of the biggest auto companies) stop spending their money there. Throw the whole...

Waffle House just never disappoints. It’s that simple. That’s actually one of the things I like about “The House”… simplicity. A little bit of nostalgia, actual friendly service with a sincere smile, and good food, all washed down with consistently good coffee. I have been to Waffle Houses, literally all over the US and have never been disappointed even once. #1069, here, is as good as any. This is probably about my tenth time here and… it certainly won’t be my last. Derek did a great job! Hope to see you here soon. ….. OK, two days later, and I’m back. Five people working inside as a Team, two cleaning and organizing, two cooking, one keeping the several guests happy, and one teammate shoveling snow in the parking lot. I want to say that if Jazz is not a Crew Leader, Shift Leader, or otherwise in an official management role, she should be. Based on uniform, one of the others is, but is so busy and so fast I can’t see their name tag. A great many major restaurants could take lessons from “The House”.

Ordered $40 dollars worth of food on a weekday evening! The order total included a mandatory 10% tip for the cook! The bacon was undercooked and inedible, and the hasbrowns with onions were not cooked well, cold in middle, and the onions never touched the grill! If you are going to charge customer's a "tip" to make up for your company's poor wage compensation, at least make sure to train those "cook's" the proper cooking methods and safe food preparation procedures first! Quality inspection- eg: have someone other than the cook lay eyes on what is being sent out the door- wouldn't hurt either! I don't expect great quality from Waffle House, but at least expect it to be edible! For the amount of money I spent I will save myself the trouble and order a couple of hot brown's from somewhere else!
