I've had some deliveries go alright from this location in the past, but lately they have been treating drivers worse and worse. The employees leave long lines of customers waiting for over 10 minutes without even bothering to wonder why we are here. Some of us have questions about how much longer a delivery order is expected to take. I already had a second order getting cold in the car. I'm not going to upset the customer of a different restaurant because of your lack of responsiveness, so I have no choice but to cancel when you ignore me for so long. Meanwhile, the guy has time to yell at another driver for making a second trip to the car to carry a large order. You think you're better than us just because you can carry more soda cups at a time? We don't even get paid by the hour like you do. Next time I'm here to do delivery, I expect some common decency, or I will complain to corporate. You are making my job harder.

Edit: If "lol" is your response, my rating changes to one star. If you have a corporate office, they will find out about this soon. Also, I will not be back ever. I'm not here to listen to you dish out criticisms to drivers who have been patiently waiting for 15+ minutes. And it seems like you wait until the drivers arrive to even start preparing the orders. If that's your policy, the very least you could do is be...

We used to enjoy this place, but had such a poor experience during our last visit.

We ordered a combo of brisket pho and Korean bbq wings with a lemonade and a lychee smoothie. The “lemonade” was essentially just water because the machine was out of syrup. Not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if the server actually looked at it because it was very obvious.

The men’s bathroom had no soap, I pressed all the way down many times. Definitely no soap. The women’s had barely any soap. I had to use the sink behind the counter which also had nearly no soap, but I got a tiny amount after lots of presses. Is anyone is this restaurant washing their hands?

The wings were overcooked and dry. The sauce was drizzled on and tasted spoiled to our taste. Too sour for a Korean bbq sauce. We asked for spring rolls instead.

Brisket pho was okay, but not as good as we remembered. Less flavorful and the noodles were average.

Lychee smoothie was good, but the boba wasn’t great. Overall the experience was disappointing. It feels like the staff has stopped caring about basic maintenance and could use better management. If four tables is considered a busy night then...

Dined in like I said I was in my previous review. If you havent dined in atleast 5 different PHO places this place is ok or “alright.” The veggies are old you can see the crease around the jalapeños. The herbs look floppy. Every other pho place I been to cuts jalapeños as they need, as well as the limes. The herbs can be in water and refrigirated. Thye broth does not have that phoy smell too it its not strong like it should be. The dishes are some what sloppy they will see better days. Although custome service is great! The place is so damn cold. I seen people eat with jackets! on Lol

Tried take out for the first time. Wasnt so bad actually. Meat quantity 10/10, noodle quantity 7/10-could use a bit more noodles, onion quantity 10/10, lime quantity 7/10, jalapeño quantity 6/10, sauces 7/10 could be seperate instead, veggie bag 9/10. Prices are fear! Would love to stop by dine in and truly taste it there. Other than that place looks clean and neat. You can look into the kitchen something ive always liked they dont hide behind a curtain Would like to have better...

I had stopped in four hours in advance to pre-order for a set time but ended up having to wait 15 minutes longer. Out of three Pho dishes, we were given two vegetable and one beef broth for one vegetarian dish. The other two dishes were supposed to be rare steak combo but instead got raw frozen beef which we had to cook at home before we could add it to the broth. One was also supposed to have meatball as well. I'm sure I was charged for it based on the price on the $40+ bill I paid. Not only was there no meatball, but it also didn't include brisket or tripe. We were automatically given peanut sauce for the Spring rolls instead of being given the option for the other sauce. I was hesitant about going here based on the reviews, but it was the closest to home and ensured it was still warm. It was decent food, but not enough to return again.

(EDIT) During my second visit, I found that the restaurant did a much better job of cooking the cabbage in my vegetarian pho. The broth was excellent yet again, and the tofu and vegetables were at just the right level of doneness - Yay! I also ordered an extra egg, which was great. (Original) I really liked the simple but flavorful vegetarian broth of the vegetarian pho. No weird spices, just a clear broth with a light flavor of cabbage and onion. The broccoli and carrot were cooked to just the right level of doneness (steamed I'm guessing). I wish they also cooked the cabbage, because it was basically raw, and I think it should also be cut into smaller pieces. I don't recommend the bobo smoothies; I ordered the strawberry and it tasted like strawberry candy, not like strawberries.

I’ve eaten here twice with my kids and both experiences were excellent. The atmosphere is fun and open with a separate BoBa tea bar and an air hockey table to occupy kids and adults alike. The spicy beef pho is unbelievable with complex flavors and a nice kick of spice and heat. The brisket is tender and flavorful with every bite better than the previous. I eat a large bowl all the way to the bottom. The bowls are double wall stainless adding a touch of class and extra warmth for keeping the soup hot until the end. The veg spring rolls are perfection as well as the tofu and kids size pho. I have this restaurant on my frequent visit list for sure!
