Sorry to be that person but this place is horrible.

The boba tea was so gritty and unblended that it was undrinkable. The boba tasted as if they'd been cooled and heated before. Just bad.

Not to mention the disgusting kitchen with caked grease on the fryers and equipment. Pots sitting on the ground. The servers wearing gloves and handling money, food, old plates, new plates of food, making drinks, all with the same gloves!

Sorry but I wouldn't recommend eating here based purely off cleanliness, kept me from ordering anything other than a horrible boba. I'd like to rate higher but training and cleaning needs to be done here....

Worst tea I ever had and it cost $6.75. I asked for an unflavored, unsweetened, iced tea. I was told the green tea was what I wanted, so I ordered the organic green tea as recommended by the server. It was awful, sweet and tasted like artificial sweetener.

Thank you for your response. I did try to let the staff person know I was not satisfied but I was ignored and did not have time to wait and get his attention.

Thank you for the offer of a replacement, but I do not live near there. I was in Louisville for an event and likely will not return...

Co-located with a Vietnamese restaurant (which is also great!).

Good flavors, nice fresh chewy boba, cute cups, cute little seating area, fast service, great people, good value. Lots of boba!

I've been multiple times and the boba is always delicious, good texture & quality. Have been drinking boba for 15+ years and this is a solid and convenient shop.

Currently they have a buy 4 teas get one free and they have a buy 10 get 1 free punch card.
