I was the first customer in the store placed my order. Three more people came in behind me and made their orders. They got their orders a total of four pizzas before I got mine. When my pizzas were finally ready 30 minutes later one of my pizzas was the wrong pizza so I had to wait even longer while they made the right one. So I asked if they were going to throw away the pizza that was wrong or if I could take it for the massive disrespect and inconvenience they caused me. Charles told me it was at his discretion to do whatever he wanted to do with the pizza and that he was gonna take it home and eat it. Did he do that to me on purpose for a free pizza for himself. Not to mention, I paid $32 for a large chicken pizza and a medium pepperoni that I still have to cook. This is more expensive than the papajohns right down the street from them. I will never go to this place again why would I pay more for pizza I have to cook. I was under the impression it was cheaper. The average cost is $20 for a large uncooked pizza. Save yourself the trouble and get delivery from somewhere else you will save money this is not budget friendly and the customer service is non existent. I have attached photos of the pizzas and the receipt so you can judge for yourself if you wanna take the risk with your hard...
Read moreDon't get me wrong, the pizza is great, and I love having my pizza loaded up, but y'all load it to the point the dough don't even want to bake right with the directions. And then on the cheaper budget pizzas, the dough is so thin in spots the topping is just sitting on the pan with nothing under it. So those of us who want to slide it off onto the rack so we aren't eating floppy pizza, can't do so. The dough is ALWAYS floppy when baked fully on the paper pan given, even if the pizza is done. Also, every time I bake a pizza from here, I have to cover my oven rack with aluminum, because if I don't, toppings run out over the edge, into the oven and burns.
Pizza pictured is The Tai Chicken pizza (that we actually got 2 less toppings), baked at 450 instead of 425 and for way longer than they tell you to, and it literally just flops over itself like dough... And it isn't our oven. The oven does just fine with everything else. The one piece flopped when I picked it up and half the toppings fell...
Read moreI normally love Papa Murphy’s. This experience was totally different. We placed a mobile order, got our pizza in a timely manner, and then came home. Upon coming home to bake our pizza we noticed several pieces of mold on our sausage. We immediately called the store to let them know, because mold is never okay on any food and we didn’t want anyone else to get a pizza like we did. They offered to replace our pizza. Although I am very grateful that we got a replacement, there should have been some kind of other compensation for MOLD.
My boyfriend went and picked the replacement pizza up and also said that the employee (im unsure if she was the manager) wasn’t very nice or apologetic about it. However she was when we called originally.
Customer service at any place is very important. And I don’t feel like we received good...
