Really friendly staff and the food is awesome especially the wings. Beer selection is amazing and ever changing. Staff are all extremely knowledgeable of their stock so ask for recommendations if you don't know what to get.
For the complainer about overpriced beer. That's what you'll pay anywhere for craft beer on draft. Why don't you go home and drink your canned Bud and stay away from places you can't handle. I've had most of their menu and EVERYTHING I've had is DELICIOUS.
For the complainer about your girlfriend being drunk. Just because she has drinking issues doesn't give you a right to give a great Draft house one star because the waiter hit on your gf. Which has nothing to do with the owner accusing your gf of being drunk... which I'm guessing she probably was. I hate when people can't handle their alcohol.
The service is great here and so is the food. I'm picky on both and though I admit bar food may not be for everyone... what exactly are you expecting to get when you come to a Draft house... IT'S BAR FOOD! Stop being crazy and realize that TRUE and GOOD beer will be more than a cheap redneck beer. Realize that a DRAFT HOUSE will serve BAR FOOD. If you're not into paying much go back to your cheap beer and stop complaining.
There's nothing wrong with not liking bar food or drinking (having the taste for) cheap beer but don't come to a Draft house and complain about...
Read moreIt has taken us 4 visits before I have reviewed. This is a great local owned restaurant. Small but decent selection of local draft beers and a diverse menu. The menu has American and Asian appetizers and main course. Something for everyone. The service is prompt and attentive. Very clean, nice and quiet place. They have a few tables on the sidewalk. We have tried the Bavarian Pretzel which is large enough for 4 people. It came to the table hot and fresh. Pay extra for the beer cheese, it is worth it. We can’’t get enough of the Burmese Fried Noodles with shrimp. You can get it mild or as hot as you like it. Nice size order and this is our favorite Asian noodle dish in Louisville! We have tried the wings with the River City Sauce and they were delicious. Hot and lots of flavor, good size wings, and juicy. The seaweed salad is a must to eat with some of the best sushi rolls in town. Our go to rolls are the S-10 Louisville roll and Spicy Tuna roll. Plus they have a Happy Hour daily from 4 pm to 6:30 pm. Many good deals on food and all draft beers $1.00 off. You can’t go wrong with this locally family ran/owned restaurant. We have not had an issue parking on the street. The parking is metered and it pays to download the Go502 app to pay the meter, especially on Bardstown road...
Read moreFirst time at this bar I didn’t really know what to expect. At first the bartender and staff seemed very nice with great customer service. About 15 minutes into my experience the bartender and the manager were being very flirty while also talking trash about the bar owner. The bar manager was very unprofessional and giving my female friend dirty looks. She seemed to be jealous of my friend giving the bartender attention. My friend and the bartender were outside talking, the manager storms outside flinging the door open saying, “we are closing you have to leave now!” Along with many other comments toward my friend. Not only were they unprofessional customer service wise, but also unethically. There was a young boy younger than 10 years old sitting at the bar alone. I gave this review 2 stars only because of a great 1st impression. If that impression wasn’t there I would be giving 0 stars. I will...
