Bombay International Food Mart — Local services in Louisville

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst customer service I have EVER received. They also own all of the Fog 13 stores in this area! Just an FYI. I would give this place a total of five NEGATIVE stars if it were an option! My boyfriend was a consistent customer for over a year here until he realized the kratom was fake. Their products are not legit! I bought a Stnri Delta 8 Cherry Pie vape pen here (which was priced at $65 until I negotiated with the guy working there to get it for $55) I recently bought one of the exact same vape pens at another local smoke shop for $55 and it was one of the best I had ever tried and it really gave me a great buzz and I could tell after one to two hits. Well, I then purchased this one from Bombay and it is not legit. It does not provide me a buzz AT ALL and does not even taste the same as the other one I had bought and the pen itself was missing the protective film it should have had on it. I took it back to the store about five minutes after I bought it to ask for an exchange or my money back, but they refused. The guy working there claimed he called his boss (I could not tell because he was speaking in Indian) and that they would not work with me at all. I told him it was fake! So, after being a consistent customer for over a year, losing $55+ and them selling me a fake product and them not doing anything to make it better, I am leaving this review! Do not support this company! They do not deserve your business!! I will not be returning and will not be suggesting this place to anyone! Also, they own all of the Fog 13 stores in the area if you do not want to support them. I attached photos so you know what not...

I have utilized both this corner bodega, liquor store, and cafe 360 only when necessary. I live only footsteps away from all, and have grown tired of the managements blatant disregard for their costumers, and the pollution to the neighborhood they operate, and indeed live in. Their customer relations are the worst I have experienced as any of the cashiers are always occupied on the telephone, raving, oblivious to the costumers in the store. I have been treated disrespectfully on most occasions. There is an unadvertised minimum purchase using a credit card ( get with the program!), and over half of the store is dedicated to the sale of pot pipes. Their aisles are filled with overpriced, and indeed expired canned goods. These folks are not promoting the ethos of the Highlands, and are taking advantage of their location, and the youth foot traffic to keep themselves afloat. Our neighborhood...

'Ricky' who runs the Bombay International. Which now carry more Glass, Hookah, "Head Shop supplies ,Vapes, CBD(Oil, vape, dabs and FLOWERS) than ever before. They might have more selection in one store than two of your other favorite CBD dispensaries and head shops, combine. With,FAIR PRICES, great customer service and tons of selection. These two guy's have been doing their thing, for over a decade. BTW. Ricky's brother, 'A.J' who owns and runs "Cafe 420." IMO had amazing food, drinks as well as a hookah 24/7 HR dinner (across the street). These guys are awesome! I have been been a customer since 2003. P.S.
