Stuffed French Toast This is the food for when this restaurant was called Cafe 360 and it's now changed ownership, I'm assuming but I'm not positive. If I ever do eat at this restaurant now that it's different I will add it to this review at the end of this review. I do know that the original staff, or at least the ones that were there when I first moved to this area, are no longer there anymore. Really good place to eat. The night shift cook, Andrew, is an excellent cook. Sorry but I haven't tried the day shifts cooking yet. I know that I had enjoyed eating here before the pandemic but I know that I probably never will eat here again because my favorite cook, Andrew hasn't been brought back since the pandemic. Seems like the owner isn't going to bring Andrew back to work here. I'm beginning to think the owner, Sanjay Taxak, or the other cook, Josh, is feeling threatened by Andrew. Guess that's what happens when you're a damn good cook. Especially since Andrew graduated from Louisville's own culinary school, Sullivan University Culinary arts program. I know that'll I will not ever go back to eat here again. All of the staff is gone, all completely different people and Andrew has told me that he would never go back to work at Cafe 360 ever again so I'll never go back to eat there again. The first time I ate at this restaurant was back in high school with another member of the French club and my French teacher when it was called the Parisian Pantry. However, if you're nearby and want to see a place that's haunted this is definitely one place ya wanna go to see or experience the paranormal. So, the cook Andrew, wasn't hired back on at this restaurant and he decided that he did not ever want to go back and work there ever again. The owner, Sanjay, does not own the restaurant anymore. He turned it over to a family member. My husband and I have decided to never go back here to eat again, especially since the original staff when our friend Andrew worked there isn't there anymore. The friendly staff that was at Cafe 360 is no longer there and I've been told that it has changed ownership but it's still the same family that owns it, the Taxay family. They're from the country of India. The Bombay store on the corner of Bardstown Rd. and Bonnycastle is owned by the same family. I've heard that this restaurant is not what it used to be and I will not ever go back to eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHalf my fries were soggy and underdone. Philly sandwich was on artisan bread which was fine. Problem is that the meat portion was half. No jalapenos or extra sauce like I ordered. No kathi rolls that I ordered as an appetizer. The sandwich and fries coming out in under 5 minutes should have been a huge red flag. I'm used to waiting. Dirty table that server didn't even really clean. Almost no ice in my tea. When I aired my grievances the long haired manager at the bar told me I could f'in leave.bso I did. I've been a loyal customer here for over a decade. I've brought friends here. I've celebrated birthdays here. I've been on first name basis with a lot of staff over the years. This is beyond a disappointment. I've had sketchy service and wrote it off for the sake of being hungry but this was ridiculous. Their night staff doesn't care about anyone. There's no visible bar for quality and evidently any qualms get you booted out the door. I don't know if it's the low to nontipping club crowd that comes through that's upset them so much to not care but they simply don't. After 12 years of dedicated servic and spending here I guess I have to find a new late night spot. I'm not sure if Debbie is still here or not but I know for a fact that none of this would fly on her time. This is stupid and I'm ashamed in a small way that I have to bash them like this but I mustm in a time where this city has almost as many restaurants as New York per capital, it's time some businesses be phased out. 360 may need to be first. A name alone doesn't carry you anymore. My experience was total garbage. Just don't go. I went to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI persuaded my coworkers to join me here around noon on our lunch break because I wanted to try the chicken and waffles, as I had seen positive reviews on them. The first thing I noticed when I walked in and sat at the bar was a number of gnats flying around. I proceeded to ignore this. About 5 minutes went by before an older woman submerged from the back, and to finally greet us (we were the only ones there). And when I say greet, I mean a very dry, no smile and barely looking at us hello. She gave us the menus to look over and took our drink orders. She showed obvious disdain when I requested that she not put ice in my coke before the drink was even made. When it came time for her to take our orders, I requested chicken and waffles. She then told me that they did not have their waffle machine. I'm sure disappointment was written on my face as she attempted to persuade me to try pancakes or French toast instead of the waffles with the chicken. Now I would have considered it IF she had not suddenly let out a large sneeze from behind the bar without even covering her mouth. I do not want someone handling my food that is likely to spread their germs all over something I'm going to consume. Instead I paid for the coke I took 2 sips of and left. Even though the reviews were saying the food is good, I'm much too grossed out to...
