Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Louisville

Okay so I’ve never been to a Scooters so this review is partly on the new location (A+) and partly on the franchise (B-). First the new building is very nice! Love to see this new business in the neighborhood and so glad I don’t have to drive far for coffee anymore! Experience was nice! No line, the staff was friendly. I got a nice sticker on my drink which was a nice subtle touch. When I ordered instead of them saying “pull up to the next window”. They said “Thanks for your order. SCOOT around!” and that made my day haha. My caramel latte was pretty standard. Will get again, but I was surprised the large seems a little small. Honestly wasn’t super impressed with the food. I got two breakfast burritos and they just seemed similar to microwave burritos. Won’t get again. The ham sandwich that the staff recommended was better. Great place but really disappointed...I ordered a butterscotch latte and strawberry smoothie. Got home only to realize that I was given a strawberry banana smoothie and straight black coffee....tried to call about this and see what could be done only to find out they have no working phone number... this place is great but expensive for a coffee shop especially when you don't get the right order.

Update: Happened again today, wrong coffee and it was ice cold by the time I got home...too frustrating and...

My mom is disabled and in a power chair. This place is right next to her house so she started going here to get out of the house. She was SO happy at first to have a nice coffee stand to go to. She never gets to go anywhere cause of her disability… well they served her since the place opened but out of nowhere told her they won’t anymore because she’s in a power chair… she is so depressed and upset now. My entire family will be boycotting this place for discrimination....
