Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

Went to this location with the whole family last night , I have to set the twin boys, and it's me and my wife, We were planning on using some coupons. When we got there, there was a sign that read we do not accept any coupons of any kind. Well Subway. Even with coupons you lost out on a lot of money. Six people turned around after seeing that sign and talking to your help, which she was not very nice, so we walked back to the car , We decided to also use this as a lesson to the kids since we do homeschool, We explained how greed, and cutting corners ill mannered rude, and foul customer service will make a business go down real quick, We decided to go to the subwaY in Middletown instead, where they got to enjoy our $73 order, . We then showed the kids how this store was busy. And yours was not. This was a great learning experience for them. They really took it in and looked around. The things my kids picked out was The friendly customer service the greeting we got when we came through the door, The fact that they honored their advertisement,.the clean, bright lobby,We also talked about what (bait and switch was,) And how much we spent at this clean beautiful wonderful Subway. and how we noticed yours was very empty & Dirty And your customer service was not friendly at all :) after some coupons, and$73 dollers we notice that you'r store was completely empty☺️ .and the rude worker at your store , This is priceless, This is Your loss. And we see why yours was empty and losing money, but the other owners In Middletown well they were packed . People we're coming and going right up until they closed at 10:00 wow Middletowns location was packed, And they took coupons, In fact when we told the employees, They had never heard of such a thing of a subway not honoring Subway coupons, we got great service there as well,.. I can see why they'r packed and you where not , Middletown had great service, They took our Subway coupons, The staff there were excellent and friendly, And they greeted us with a smile even though they were still busy, 😁, I can see why yours was empty. Your sign was rather rude, your customer service was very unfriendly, The place was darkly lit and dirty, and a bit disorganized And we got absolutely no greeting at yours store, In fact the staff at your store snubbed us, as if ...we were bothering them,... I can see why yours is empty. :) Courtesy honorable, fast and friendly service goes a long ways, especially in the restaurant industry. My kids learned a lot from this experience. The staff were very helpful. Our order was taken quickly and accurately. The bread, meat and vegetables were fresh and kept at appropriate temperatures. We were treated with courtesy. Every time we come to Subway the food and service are always excellent. This is why we return to Subway often. My fiancee and I went there September 14, 2022 and talked with the manager about catering a reception. He was extremely helpful and efficient. We were both pleased with the help he gave us. November 6, 2022-This Subway catered our wedding reception. My brother went to pick up the order, and every sub was neatly wrapped and organized into boxes, exactly as the manager said they would be. The meats, breads and vegetables on the subs were fresh and plenty of sauces were provided in separate containers. The only downside is they don't accept coupons, so we have to go to other Subway restaurants to use any mail...

Every time I come here between 2 and 4pm there is aslways just one person working. One very slow-paced person. I'm currently at subway and have been standing here to just order for about 10 minutes. Yesterday the worker was visibly frustrated (along with myself) because her manager left her and it was busy. Staffing seems to be the issue. Because I've never seen a subway in such a busy location (by a school and a multitude of businesses) only have ONE employee. Anyway she was slamming stuff around it if frustration not line hard but hufging and puffing, I don't blame the girl. 20 minutes of my lunch break was me waiting to order behind two people. Once she finally got to me, she was so spent. Poor woman. Now I'm here again and literally the same thing is happening . Come on subway.
