Not bad for a self storage place. The facility is clean and climate controlled and I haven't had any bug issues. I signed up 100% online and had to call to get the access code. After over 20 minutes on hold to talk to someone, I had the code in a jiffy.
The gate to access 2 of the 3 doors stops working once the dude that works there leaves for the day. So while it is still technically available to you, everyone has to use one door. Hasn't been a big deal breaker for me since I am usually just running in to grab something or add something.
