Ordered for carry out with pick up at 7:15pm. I got a text at 6:59 saying my order was ready. I called and said that the order was ready, but I would not be able to pick it up until 7:15 (when I schedule the pick up). I asked if it would still be hot for when the scheduled pick up was. They said it would be. I arrived at 7:15 to pick up the pizza and it was cold. When I called to complain the order was cold, they said “sorry, is there anything else I can help you with?” They did not attempt to make it better nor offer a store credit. Don't order from this location. I watched as they botched my order, rushed it then undercooked my pizza and everything slid off before i even got home. Mediocre pizza with even more mediocre service. When I called about the pizza they took my information and told me a manager would get back to me and they never did.
