A Hidden Thai Gem Worth the Drive I was recommended this place by a friend, so we made the 1.5-hour drive from Cincinnati to check it out. Given the distance, my expectations were high—but this place did not disappoint. Cozy Atmosphere & Personalized Service From the moment we walked in, the charming back porch garden vibe made me feel like I was stepping into a beloved family home. The walls were adorned with warm, inviting paintings and lush greenery, adding to the cozy, nostalgic ambiance. Our server—who I believe was the owner—made the experience even more personal and memorable. While she didn’t speak perfect English, she was direct, helpful, and assertive, which actually made ordering easier, especially since it was my first time trying Thai food. She confidently guided us toward four dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. Standout Dishes • Red Curry – This dish embodied the bold, tangy, and spicy flavors of Thai cuisine, exactly what I was hoping for. A classic done right! • Pineapple Curry – Unlike any curry I’ve had before, the sauce was uniquely flavorful and truly set this dish apart. But the crown jewel? My Masaman Curry—the restaurant’s specialty. I ordered it with both beef and chicken, and from the first bite, it was clear why it’s their signature dish. The pineapple, lime leaves, basil, carrots, and coconut milk blended seamlessly, creating layers of depth and vibrant flavors. I could taste each ingredient individually, yet they came together beautifully in every bite. The drive was absolutely worth it, and I’d gladly make the trip again just to experience this food. Without a doubt, this was the best Thai curry I’ve had. A must try for any Thai food lover!

If you're looking for true Thai cuisine, then this is the place for you! The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly well done. It's not like a lot of the Thai restaurants you go to where they try and shove the Thai culture down your throat with decorations. It's tasteful and subtle, and that includes the music. The food was absolutely incredible! My wife got the Thai Angel Noodles and I got the Red Curry. We also got the long life rolls for an appetizer, and those were delicious. They had a nice fresh lemongrass flavor which I love. After you order they ask for the level of spiciness 1-5. I got a 2 and my wife got a 3 with our dishes. Both were spicy, but for me 3 was a little too spicy and 2 was perfect. With a 2, you definitely felt the spice, but it wasn't overwhelming. I love everything about this restaurant from the staff to the food and atmosphere. The food came out in a timely manner, and they made sure to check on us on a regular basis. In my book, you can't get much better than this in America! I highly recommend Time 4 Thai!

We had a fantastic dining experience here! Our servers were really friendly and helpful, our food (Boat noodles and Bangkok noodles) were really lip-smacking my delicious. The Thai ice tea was a nice surprise, packing the punch of your typical Thai ice tea, without being typically overly sweet. The egg noodles are a must-try! They are so chewy and flavourful, we absolutely loved it! The flavourful broth and gravy of the dishes went so well with the noodles. We went for a level 5 for both dishes and they were indeed spicy hot!! Our noses were watering and the Bangkok noodles was definitely way spicier than the Boat noodles. The Mango sticky rice was the great end to our meal. The coconut milk laden rice was such a great pairing to their domestic sweet, albeit slightly tart mango. Very similar to the ones you would taste in Thailand. Quite impressed with our new rather-authentic Thai hideout in town! Will definitely be back!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I started eating my chicken entree, the chicken tasted like a gamey wet dog and I could not eat it. I picked it out and put it on a separate plate. After we were done eating, we waited 20 minutes to try to get someone's attention for the check. Finally, some guy we hadn't seen yet came over and just stood in front of us and we said the chicken was bad and we couldn't eat it we would like to have a discount on the dish, and he said that's strange I'll look into it. We waited 5 more minutes and the girl that had brought our food came by to get our plates and we said we are waiting on the check. We kept waiting and finally the owner came by and asked us if we wanted boxes and we said yes and we're still waiting on the check. Finally the girl that had brought our food brings out the check but there is no discount. After a while we get the attention of our original waiter and tell him that the chicken was bad and this was supposed to have a discount and he takes it back and then 5 minutes later the owner comes back out to our table. The owner asked what the issue was, like I hadn't already told two people what the issue was, and she tells me that's not possible because her chicken is fresh. then she tells me that I should have told someone and she could have made me something else. I let her know that we had not had anyone check to see if our food was okay after it was delivered and we weren't able to get any water refills. She seemed aware of the bad wait staff and said she's been trying to train them to be more professional. Then she said I could make something for you, but I reiterated that I just wanted a discount for the $15 chicken meal. They had originally added a dollar for extra veggies on the meal, and when she gave me a discount it was for $3. That's her knowing that we were not able to eat the chicken at all and having known that we had horrible service. I would not suggest going here unless you have a good 6 hours to spend chasing down various and sundry waiters and having the owner question you when you tell them the food didn't taste right. I've already had stomach cramping from the two pieces of chicken that I did eat. Tonight...

This restaurant has horrible customer service. I was with my family and called in an order for "4 shrimp pad thai. Two spicy and two mild". My father drove to pick the food up and returned to our hotel . When I went to look for the mild shrimp pad thai for one kid and the spicy for another, I realized that they had handed my dad two shrimp pad thai and two chicken pad thai. I called the restaurant to let them know of the mistake and to see what could be done since I didn't order chicken and my family can not eat chicken. The guy, Jacob, immediately informed me that he clearly heard 2 shrimp pad thai and 2 chicken pad thai. I was so insulted to hear his prompt response when I said pad thai only once after saying 4 shrimp and I had 4 witnesses of the order. He didn't even apologize and blamed me which showed how little he was concerned about customer service. But the worst part was he was wrong, I was clear in my order, I had witnesses and I was ordering for people who couldn't even eat chicken at the time. I asked for a manager and I was told the manager was in france! I kept insisting he must make this right since I paid for an order that I didn't make and could not even enjoy. After many excuses on why he couldn't refund me such as "once you call in an order you have to pay for that food." I told him he could just deliver the correct order if he wanted. He refused and finally agreed to printing a new bill to refund me. I am only visiting so this makes things very complicated because I now have to try and squeeze in a visit to this restaurant for a refund from someone who really didn't deserve any of my time, effort and money. I hope they will honor what they said but since they are closed Monday, I must seek my refund on Tuesday before I leave the city.

Stay away from this restaurant. Their service is horrible and they will not be willing to fix anything once...

This place should be called " Really Really Long Time 4 Thai".

I never post negative reviews, this is my first time. A host came to seat us with no menus. After a quick minute a nice lady came to take our drink orders, but we had no menus. She quickly got us menus to look over. 20 minutes later, no one has taken our order. We've been looking around and the restaurant was about half full, with some patrons already with food. Finally a man came, and I realized he was our waiter, not the lady that was trying to take our drink orders. We got some beverages, calamari, and two Pad Thais. 30 minutes goes by, no one came to check on us. No one to refill on drinks, or just give us an update on our appetizer. The nice lady ,that I assume was a food runner, notices that we've been waiting a long time. I tell her that our calamari hadn't come yet and it's been a long time. Our waiter never came by. I hear murmurs about a forgotten order, but no one has come to check on us or give us an update. I notice that another table seems to be having a similar issue with the service. But at least they had someone checking in on them. After 45 minutes, a chef? comes out with 1 Pad Thai with no Calamari. I tell him that we were supposed to receive Calamari but at this point, I tell him not to make it. He apologizes. A few minutes later, the second Pad Thai comes. The food was underwhelming especially for the lack of service or care. Our waiter then checks on several other tables, but never at our table since he took our order. At this point, I feel like the service can't get worse. I assumed he knew that the service was bad and was just avoiding us. He gives us our checks and then holds our credit cards hostage for several more minutes. You would think that you'd want to close out customers that are unhappy, quickly.

I tipped an obligatory 20 percent off a small check. I don't...
