My partner’s mother passed away recently and left her with several pieces of jewelry. One item in particular I wanted to use to propose but it needed a replacement stone, resizing, and cleaning. I initially called Lackadazee just to gather more information (if they do this kind of work, etc.) but after hearing my story, they asked me to bring in the ring so they could help. They were so kind to me (and my partner) throughout the whole process. They offered advice on various replacement stones and recommended bands that would look great with the heirloom ring. They did an amazing job on the stone replacement! My partner was SO HAPPY to see this ring looking so good. I loved this place so much that I asked them to make a custom wedding band for my partner.
