Wingstop — Restaurant in Louisville

Had a really disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a combo that included a bottled root beer, but when my order was ready, they gave me a small cup instead. When I pointed it out, the employee acted like I was in the wrong, giving me unnecessary attitude and insisting they couldn’t "just do that" because the prices were different.

First of all, I ordered the bottled root beer—so that’s what I should’ve received. Second, if there was a pricing issue, that’s on them for not clarifying when I ordered. Instead of simply correcting their mistake, they made me pay for the bottled drink as a separate transaction, which is just bad business practice and a waste of time.

Customer service matters, and this kind of experience makes me think twice about returning. If you mess up an order, own up to it and fix it—don’t make the customer feel like an inconvenience for expecting what...

Best Wingstop I've ever had and it's not even close. First, the wait was only 15 minutes which all the previous establishments I've been to or ordered from there was a minimum 30 minute to hour wait. Food was piping hot and fresh. Never had food from Wingstop this fresh before. Our boneless wings were crispy, but had a lot of sauce of them which I prefer. Every time I get hot honey wings or the chicken sandwich, there's a complete lack of any spices to where it's almost just honey. This most recent time I got 10 hot honey wings and there's absolutely no seasoning just honey. I could literally feed this to my 4 year old it has no heat. Corn is always good and so is the original hot but pls step it up with the hot honey rub in...
