Finally got to visit this place to enjoy the Harry Potter ambiance that they were doing for winter! It was actually super warm in here but I believe it was due to the MANY bodies that were also enjoying the festive decorations as well as the coffee. This place was PACKED! we ended up having to take our coffee and pastries to go due to the lack of room and I was SWEATING despite the cool, windy, rainy Sunday we were enduring together. I ordered an ice coffee to combat the heat inside, got my son a got chocolate and a chocolate muffin at his request. We took a look around at the decor and perused their metaphysical shop. They not only had crystals, but candles for every occasion or need. Incense, sage, tarot decks, spell books as well as crystal healing naturopathy guides. There was jewelry for a witches everyday accessory as well as some other items that were beautiful and necessary for any nature lover. Didn't love that you have to park on the street but luckily, due to the weather, there was a spot available around the corner. Next time, we hope to be able to sit down and enjoy the vibe and possibly play some games we saw scattered...

As many people have said, the vibes are great. I love all the decorations, gifts/witchy items, and the themed drink selection. People were gathering to hang out and chat, which was nice. It seems like a community space.

Our drinks were pretty hit or miss in terms of flavor, though they definitely had enough caffeine. Gluttony and Lust were both intensely sweet.

I'm not sure if it was just a bad Saturday, but it seemed like only two people were working... which doesn't seem to be enough. The line got pretty long, tables were dirty, and the only trash can I saw (by the counter) was overflowing. I only saw one bathroom, and the whole toilet moved when you sit down. One of the workers was checked out and actively discussing getting a job somewhere else. When I asked for suggestions on drinks, it seemed like I was annoying them.

I'm glad this place exists and seems to be pretty popular, I just hope that my experience isn't...

The location it's self is really cool. But, that is where anything nice ends. The workers didn't really seemed to care very much. I ordered 2 different lattes and 2 cheddar biscuits. They got to work on the drinks immediately but instantly forgot about the biscuits I ordered. The lattes came out and were both inedible. A few minutes after I got the drinks I had to remind the workers about my biscuits. After finally receiving the biscuits I found that they were raw still. I then returned the biscuits to workers and informed them that they were still raw and the worker just said, "okay," while just sitting on their phone. They didn't offer a refund, a replacement, money off next order, or anything else to try to correct the mistake. Very disappointed and definitely...

I had the envy to drink and it was very good. Very well decorated and they have some items for sale in addition to coffee as well.
