After reading these reviews I'm quite surprised at my experience. We sat down and the waitress finally came over and set water down and turned to walk away. I stopped her and asked for a iced tea and she asked what kind. I am hard of hearing and she had a very thick accent so I asked her to please repeat. She brought the tea over and I asked for a regular menu and not just lunch specials. I came here craving chicken satay but saw that they no longer served this. I looked at the menu for a while and she came back and asked what I wanted. I had some questions about the menu and she seemed extremely irritated by my questions and answered with a complete attitude. Totally condescending. I placed my order and she walked away. I was so taken by surprise that I asked my friend , " is it me or is she rude ?" My friend said : " she is extremely rude and I think we should leave while we are ahead." I felt like a complete burden to her lunch rush ( which wasn't that many people ) Anyway, I immediately walked up to the register and very kindly said I would like to cancel my order, but pay for the tea. She rang up the tea, didn't seem to care at all as to why we were leaving. I handed her my card and when she handed it back I put my hand out to get it and she just tossed it on the counter. I kindly said thank you and she didn't say a word back. As you can see from my other reviews this is not at all my normal experience with restaurants. I have been here several times in the past for pickup and always had great, friendly service. I am super disappointed and will not be back. I drove down the street to Canton palace and had a wonderful lunch with great service. P.S. it's also not attractive to have a cleaning bucket on the middle table with a bunch of cleaning...

Immediately met at the door by a friendly gentleman, seated promptly. Menus are quality, heavy duty, pictures on the back sides of the pages as well. Ordered a Thai coffee, fried tofu, spicy bamboo chicken, seseme chicken.

Started off with the coffee. Without even mixing in the condensed milk, it's very sweet, very rich, VERY delicious. It's very mild, not bitter what so ever.

The fried tofu came out (about 10pc) and it was perfect! Crispy and golden on the outside, but not too firm or mushy on the inside. Paired with the sweet and sour sauce it was a delicious way to start a meal for sure!

The seseme chicken was light and crunchy, not soggy and over fried like most. The flavor isn't the strongest, but still a great contender. The cabbage and broccoli served underneath was cooked well, not too mushy.

The spicy bamboo chicken is a tongue tickler! 4/10 spice, so don't fear it just because it has two spice stars. The sauce is rich and reminds me of some sort of teriyaki curry sauce. It's sweet, yet zingy, and not overly curry-ie. The vegetables in this are an excellent pair for the sauce!

Lastly, I'd like to mention, oddly enough, the cleanliness of the restroom. Usually I'm kind of weary of the restroom at most places, but this was very clean and smelled pleasant. Good job to the staff for having a bathroom clean enough to mention in a review! Lol

Overall, I'll most definitely be back! This place is great and offers a very relaxing atmosphere, and a great view...

TLDR: Worst Thai food I have ever eaten.

The full story:

My mom and I were out and about and decided to try this place. We both love Thai food and the other reviews for this place were promising.

The promise was not kept.

We walked in and didn’t know if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait. The man who turned out to be our server called to us to take a seat. He brought us menus and waters (no straws) and left. When he came back, he was quite abrupt in taking our order. We both ordered the Pad Thai but he asked us for the kind of rice we wanted- I’ve never had rice with pad Thai but we chose some anyway. I ordered the salad which was drenched in ranch dressing. I like ranch dressing but not that much. My mom ordered the coconut soup and it was so thin it was pretty much water.

The pad Thai itself was so bland. I had maybe one tiny green onion slice buried under the tasteless noodles and the chicken was not seasoned or flavored at all. There were some crumbles that may have been peanuts, but I’m not sure what happened to them when I mixed them in. I couldn’t even finish the meal. I’ve had better at the Chinese food place in the mall.

The spring roll (which they call egg rolls) were okay. Probably the only thing that had any taste to them at all.

I will never come back. Warn your friends. What do I recommend? Don’t eat here unless you’re looking for food completely lacking in not only flavor, but any...

Based on the reviews we went in for lunch, they got me! We were told to seat ourselves from the guy at the register and then when we sat down he asked from across the restaurant if we grabbed our own menus, I thought that was weird, but hey I bet the food will be good, nope. Ordered the Pad Thai, we were not asked what spice level we wanted, that is when I knew it was not going to be good. It was bland, the soup was watery, the rice was mushy, and the salad had ranch dressing? When I didn’t finish the soup the guy was like, ā€˜that soup is world famous, people come from all over the world to eat it!’ I wanted to ask, were they starving? I do not recommend this restaurant if you like ā€˜Thai’ food, but if you like mall food court chow this place is for you!

I have never had such exceptional service while dining out. I cannot believe after living in Loveland for 8 years that we had never tried them before and now sincerely feel as if we’ve been missing out all this time. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, the food was amazing. I highly recommend the Tom Kha soup. Best I’ve ever had (and that’s saying something). The sauce for the Rangoons was superior to any other dipping sauce. My daughter had the Orange chicken and I definitely stole my fair share from her plate. It was crisp and juicy. I highly recommend them all around. They were so kind to my children - I felt like we were with family. I Cannot wait to return.

Saw this place on our drive to Ft Collins and decided to give it a try. Hubby got their orange chicken and I got the Pad Kee Mao lunch. The veg soup that comes with the lunch was good but a little too sour for me. I had it with the rice and it's definitely better. The spring roll was good. The PKM was good. Love the smoky flavor but a little too salty for my liking. Had to eat it with rice to diffuse the salt. Orange chicken was crispy and sauce was good, the vegetables was slightly undercooked. The service was good and since we came after lunch time, it was not busy at all, there was only couple other table beside our table.
