When my kids picked up the order, they noticed the garlic knots were burnt. They remade then. However, when they got home everything was either burnt or tasted badly. Oddly, the only good thing way my free cook is for my bday, that was free. I called the store a talked Andrew. He said he was the store mgr. when he did speak, he was very rude and condescending. Never apologized, said he couldn’t do anything because when the knots were remade, it voided the ticket so I have to contact corporate. I said i am not sure why you’re being rude when i have a complaint. I asked your the mgr of this store? He said Yes. I asked for the GM information, he gave me Monica’s name. Refused to give me her number. He said we can’t give out personal numbers. I said I’m not asking for that, I’m asking for her work number. He said ”let me make this more clear for you. I don’t have her number”. Seriously?? I can’t believe he is a mgr and treats customers like this. My kids said they all had a bit of an attitude and didn’t like that they had to remake anything. Read moreI ordered two pepperoni pizzas and a 2 liter last night around 7pm. After 8pm I received a call from someone saying they just got my pizzas delivered to there house. They had cancelled there order and had a bad experience with the manager and then my pizzas showed up to there house. I then got a call from the driver who thought we cancelled our order which I explain we did not and needed our pizzas because we had not ate dinner and it was already late. The driver apologized and stated she would go back to the store and I needed to call the store to let them know to remake the pizzas. I called the store and whoever I spoke with was not great, I told them my pizzas were just delivered to someone else and we have already waited over and hour and need our pizzas. There was no response for a minute and so I said the driver was heading back to get the pizzas to deliver them to us and he just said ok and hung up. Read moreI called the manager who wouldn't give me his name who was working around 7:00 p.m. on October 24th because they gave me the wrong kind of wings I wanted barbecue wings they gave me red hot wings he said he'd send them back out, about 35-45 minutes later I called him again then he hangs up on me because I said that I'm going to give a bad review if I don't get my wings but before I could finish he hangs up on me so then I had to drive to the store and tried to get his name and my wings and he said he voided my order already and it'd be back onto my credit card when I paid with cash when he finally gave me my money back I told him there's better ways to deal with this type of situation from a paying customer then as I was leaving out the door he proceeded to call me an a**if that's the type of employees they're going to have a Papa John's I'm never ordering from there again and somebody should let corporate know I know I'm going to make a phone call about it!
