Wing Shack Loveland — Restaurant in Loveland

I have been going to wingsack for many years. I have downloaded the app a year ago. Almost I had a credit supposedly on my account. I can't find. I've been trying to order wings and children's meals for the last 3 hours just so I could be my grandchildren without happening to leave the house. I have tried on DoorDash. I have tried on the website. I cannot get this to work. It does not accept my phone number. Because it says it's already in service. I know this, but I have gotten no rewards. I order all the time. I can't seem to figure out why I can't order because it won't let me put in my phone number because it says it exists. I don't know what to do and I'm just fed up. I'm so angry right now with your app. And I would dislike to have had wings, I called this door wouldn't help me either. So what is going on down there? I know i've already made a post a long post about this one.But incredible, they're incredible at twenty ninth street, and all of the customer service and food quality has been passed down.The line and just incredible, no matter how many people they go through or change jobs, it just amazes me.How wonderful they are.So I just needed to make sure everyone knew a pad on the back is deserved to the twenty...

I have ordered wings from Wing Shack for several years. The last few times that I have ordered there they have absolutely messed up the order. The wings were so small. This time they were burnt to a crisp my vegetable packet was soggy and no good I feel like the wings had more crisp to them than the celery, I was supposed to get 10 golden hot wings, 10 garlic, hot wings and 10 spicy teriyaki wings and that wasn’t even write for 30 wings. They gave me two packets of ranch. Fries were as cold as it is outside. I can honestly say I will never go back to Wing Shack and I am disappointed on where they have gone. They used to be great but now I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Also, while we were in the store, waiting for the wings to be done. you were sitting at one of the hightop tables and I put my hand on the seat and poked my hand with a screw coming through the bottom of the seat told the manager about it, and they kind of shrug their shoulders and act like it wasn’t a big deal I told him that it poked me hard enough to bleed, and I can hear them back in the kitchen, snickering and laughing. I am absolutely appalled by the service and the food...

The problem with this wing shack is they’re consistently inconsistent with take out. One day their wings are cooked to perfection and have plenty of sauce and the fries are cooked well and not soggy or cold. The next time like our experience last night the wings are dry, overcooked and have barely any sauce at all. I even added a tip on my pick up order and they didn’t deserve it honestly after we got home and saw our food. We were so upset that we had looked forward to wings all week and paid good money for mostly inedible wings. The fries were gross & cold and soggy too! Not to mention they always put the kids meal fries inside the same container with the wings (makes zero sense) so unless you ask for them separate you will not have edible fries for your kids when you get home. I’d say dine in if you want consistency otherwise if you’re the owner or manager reading this you need to train your cooks and staff better so they don’t pack wings with no sauce and overcook the chicken. It is in fact a wing place! The chicken should be cooked perfectly. If this continues to happen, we will just go up to Jim’s wings where they get it...
