Coffee tasted like Luke warm dirt! My 1st visit in Lowell AR near my Doctors office! It’s expensive and the girl at the window must be encouraged to push the credit card reader to suggest to leave her a tip! The most expensive regular small cup of coffee with a tip I’ve ever bought! 7/11 has bad coffee but, it’s cheaper and actually does taste better!! I will continue going to Starbucks or making Starbucks at home!! 7Brew disgusting!! 👎👎👎👎

I visited Starbucks today- new one located on walton in bentonville the guy was super friendly and was positive and upbeat he actually bought me a coffee at the window!! Now that deserves a tip! My coffee was hot and didn’t taste like old dirt!!

I ordered my normal drink and it came out tasting like burnt coffee and no flavoring. It was even a much darker color then normal. I returned and they remade the drink, same color as the first one and same off flavor. I asked if I could just refund the product at this point and was told no. I feel pretty cheated at this point as I paid 10$ for an incorrect drink and got told no to a refund. I think they have the smooth 7 and blondie flavors mixed up or something. Either way. God, it's so frustrating to spend your money and make this place your stop before going to work to receive something that you're not going to drink and now have no time to go anywhere else. You guys really let me down today. We give you our number for a reason, and I've seen most of you being trained at locations like the one on MLK, and they train you to out the customers' number in first.
