Just picked up my lunch at this location, where upon entering 5 employees stood in a group and glared at me, when I walked to the counter; a very Pleasant young man approached and greeted me asking if I had placed an order in the app; I responded no and informed him that I was paying with cash, therefore would like to place an order with him. He took my order nicely, listening to my special requests, Took my money and completed the transaction. When he turned and walked back towards the group, he was chastised by two of them for taking my order instead of requiring that I use the kiosk. I tried to defend him saying it was my fault and I was paying with cash and I was informed that even paying with cash I was required to use the kiosk, To which my response was, if someone has to come over here and take my money after I have placed the order, what does it hurt to just complete the transaction all at once. I was then snubbed and dismissed as the female employee turned her back on me, And walked away.
Am I such a dinosaur for expecting Service from a service based establishment? I understand the convenience of a kiosk for those who wish to use them, However I refuse to give my patronage to establishments who choose to force it upon everyone; Therefore I will not be returning to this location and I hope the young man who waited on me is smart enough to find employment elsewhere where his efforts will be...
Read moreDecember 3rd 2022 at 9:11PM Ordered with the app and pulled up to the drive through speaker. Waited as two other vehicles from the non app lane were taken care of before me. Waited another five minutes before deciding to pull forward when someone spoke over the speaker and said that they will assist me in a second. Waited ANOTHER five minutes until someone spoke over the speaker admitting that they forgot about me. I want to say I'm surprised, but our order is wrong or undercooked 70% of the time. To be honest that's an under-exaggeration. We literally joke before going to this Taco Bell before leaving because we know our order will be wrong. It would be great if you guys could send someone from the 604 S 8th St Taco Bell to train over here.

Read moreI have my entire family with me and we just went into this Taco Bell on Bloomington and there was nobody to be found. We searched and there was nobody in here. I called the police and was on the phone with them for quite a while, then out of the dark, behind this place, came a young man and a woman vaping and walk directly into the store and without washing their hands they started making food. I have no idea who's food they were making because there was nobody here. We left and went to Dairy Queen. If you don't believe this story just call Lowell Police department. They were the ones who called and located these two people.
