Went in on Mothers Day and waited couple minutes in line, the cashier name Armando was just staring at my face, didn't ask can I help who's next, can I take your order or if I was all set. I asked for corn muffin they didn't have any, asked for an order of hash brown and asked for some ketchup the guy that I asked for ketchup game me ONE PACKET! I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin, they didn't have any, asked for a sesame bagel, they didn't have any, asked for an everything bagel, they didn't have any, I asked if they had any plain bagels to which Armando responded: "Do you not see it?" I didn't have my glasses with me at the time so the answer was no I didn't see it. But really?! Awful customer service!! They barely had anything available and to top it off the cashier was so rude! Walk in and no customers in line. The young girl with the tattoos on her arm said wait a minute, she goes out and talks with someone out back for 6 minutes in front of the doorway, when she comes out she decided to start prepare a breakfast sandwich that i did not order and there goes buy another 3 minutes . Then she ask what can i get you and i said large ice coffee then she said we dont have large. I said ok Then i left witbout purchasing anything. This was at 4:45am 5/19/17.

Horrible service. Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Then I told the manager I want my refund. You can look on the camera if you want to to see that I did not get my food. The manager then apologized and gave me my refund. But it is just so ridiculous and very upsetting that I had to go through all of that. I will never go...
