Every time I hope the staff is turning over for the better I set myself up for disappointment. I don’t know what it is about this place especially but it’s always something. Tonight I ordered a number four with a coke. I thought It was pretty simple. I almost asked them to hold the tomato but decided I could throw it away myself just to keep things easy. After I got over my astonishment that a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, medium fry and medium coke was costing me $8.23 I drove home generally pleased that there was no line and I can finally go home and eat. I get home walk up the stairs takeoff my coat set down to finally eat something today and I look in see that I have a filet o fish. I do not like fish at all whatsoever. Not only that, is a filet o fish worth $8.23? Reallt? Not that I expect the chicken sandwich to be. So I have to make a decision do I drive all the way back to McDonald’s just to get a new sandwich? I’m hungry I’m exhausted but I just spent the money I had on this damn meal and now I’m not gonna eat it? I go back to find a nice line in the drive-through the lobby is not open so I have to wait in the drive-through. After 10 minutes when I finally get up to the window I see the kid that took my order and gave me my order and I just asked politely to speak to the manager which he seemed confused by for a second but I just repeated myself and he went and got the manager. Explain to the measure everything that happened and he said OK he’s going to get me my sandwich and some new fries- hot fries which is a nice new experience. He comes back pretty quickly with my food and also hands me two of those stupid customer care cards they have. It’s worth a free hash brown apple pie ice cream cone or small fry. He said oh sorry I don’t have any pie is there anything else to offer you. Of course it wasn’t until I was driving away that I realize I should’ve said no what you should have done for me is refunded the $8.23 because you couldn’t get one simple meal right and I just spent a half an hour now trying to get a freaking meal at McDonald’s that’s not even going to be that good and now I have two free customer care coupons for a hash brown and a small fry. Yippee. Like I feel like going back there anytime. Tl;dr They completely messed up. I had to waste my time, my gas and energy and all I get are two coupons for free small fries? K, thx. Read moreOkay so this was a weird one, I go to drive thru at midnight and order my food like a an ordinary customer in which I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a large fry , the speaker was polite about my order as he rang me up, So now i pull up to the window and theres three windows , one was closed and theres the other two, that says pickup 1 and pickup 2 so i pull up to the nearest window thats says pickup 2 ands theres the crew member no offense fat spanish women handing me my food no biggie, so i get my food and then theres this grey car in front of me who is at the other window, mind you i saw him already grab his food so im just waiting for him to drive but no hes still at the window so im like okay i guess ill wait until he pulls up, then the spanish lady opens her drive thru window and randomly starts yelling "drive up!", so at this point im confused is she talking to me? or the grey car in front of me, so i pulled down my window and politely asked "are you talking to me?" I get No reply then im like okay then shes must be talking about the grey car, until then she repeatedly opens her drive thru window just to keep yelling drive up and the grey car is still there unresponsive and im unable to drive up because of the gray car so at this point im thinking whos at fault here me or the grey car because i did ask her you talking to me? But then i get nothing and the grey car is unresponsive, the spanish lady then rudely repeats her yelling so much at this point im about to get upset about this whole situation so i manage to drive up beside the grey car to exit the restaurant and as soon as I drive up the grey car finally pulls up behind me as i leave and i just got pissed throughout the whole thing, I don't who was at fault here but all I know is that I am not coming back to this specific Mcdonalds restaurant, not that the food is bad, it was actually good, it was just that whole situation was a misunderstanding and I hope you treat the customers better whoever the old...
Read moreIt's already several times that I ask for my daughter's Cheeseburger without vegetables and they deliver it to me with onion. She is allergic to onions, peanuts and eggs. Tonight at 7:15 someone imagine the manager tells me that the cheeseburger does not have vegetables! Is onion a fruit, meat or vegetable? Then She speaks to me with attitude and from the station where she was she throws the cheeseburger and it falls to the ground, then someone carefully picks it up, thinking that she wasn't looking and throws it in the trash. Then she told me it's a misunderstanding because she doesn't know who took the order. Well, the order is taken by whoever is taking orders at the windows for the cars. I didn't like the treatment and the conversation that the employees had, it's like this Latino with bad English is bothering. That is discriminating against us, maybe my English is not perfect but I know how to say cheeseburger not vegetables! I will not return...
