Do not get their salads. They clearly don’t sell enough for quick turnover because the lettuce is not fresh. I ordered the southwest salad and literally half of the lettuce is inedible. I picked it out because it was wilted, dried, and turned pinkish brown. They also use iceberg lettuce which is the cheapest option. There’s no value in this salad. They should give you FRESH lettuce with some spring mix and real cherry tomatoes instead of these massive GMO tomatoes. I’m very disappointed in Chick fil a for such a lack of quality control and lack or fresh ingredients as they raise prices on their menu. I filled out a complaint form hoping that the operating manager or someone at the leadership level would read it and respond. They need to do better. No excuses for cheap and poor ingredients. ———————————————————————— Attention to the management team: PLEASE educate your crew members who are handling and assembling the sandwiches to make sure that they’re using CLEAN and WASHED lettuce. My lettuce was visibly dirty and covered with some light brown dusting. I was appalled. As a pregnant woman, this risk is dangerous for me to get sick from eating lettuce because the restaurant staff failed to follow that sanitation guidelines and standards for lettuce. Another point is the fries are way overly salted. I don’t know if people generally like that, but that is causing a major health epidemic with high blood pressure, heart disease, and kidney problems. They need to ease off on the salt. If customers want more salt, let them take those salt packets. That’s what it’s there for. I cannot order the fries here anymore because they’re that salty. Please don’t compromise on food quality. You will...
Read moreFood here is good, pretty across the board for Chick Fil A anywhere. I will say though, twice I've ordered via their mobile app and went through the drive thru lane they have for mobile orders, i ordered for myself and two other people, which equated to three drinks. Now, anytime I've gone through this Chick Fil A in a different method, like I go into the restaurant and grab my food, I get a drink carrier from the staff, no problem, because like a normal human I only have two arms and two hands. But the two occasions I've gone through the mobile order drive-thru, the same girl says to me when I ask for a carrier, that they don't have any, without even going to check.
I'm not calling her a liar but, if I had a nickel for each time she told me that this location was out of carriers, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot but its very suspicious its happened twice. Back of my car does not have drink holders, only the two in between the front two seats of the car, so I'm left to drive with one hand holding a drink and the other driving. Sounds to me like Chick Fil A is treading some mighty thin liability-issued ice if this kind of thing continues, because someone could get into an accident, and they could claim not having both hands open to drive didn't allow them to properly control their vehicle to avoid said accident, which wouldn't happen, if they were given a carrier. Just putting that hypothetical out there if a manager sees this and thinks its...
Read moreI've been to this store twice. On my first visit, I went through the drive-through. When I got home and checked my order, the Kale Crunch container was barely half full.
I went inside on my second visit and ordered two of the Kale Crunch. Again, they were half full. I mentioned it to a guy at the counter, and he said that's how it's prepared. When I told him I wanted my money back, he went and got the manager.
I showed the manager the half empty containers and said this size serving is not worth four bucks and other stores typically fill the container full. He actually agreed with me, took my containers, went back to the kitchen, and came back with full containers. He said he spoke to the staff about making sure they give a full serving from now on.
It is a brand new store so the new staff may not have been trained well? I should have also mentioned that the oil/dressing is normally pretty light, but theirs was so heavy that the Kale was actually soggy. Maybe if they read this review, they'll correct that also. I'll probably just go to a different location...
