Reflection of corporate and their lack of customer service. Received a product today, more than 3 weeks after placing order, when delivery was promised in 5 business days. I was not notified of this delay until 3 days after I was told it already shipped. In my reasonable attempts to correct the issue (including purchasing more expensive models), I was met with a lack of concern and urgency and instead was given blanket "is what it is" statements. Shockingly enough, their recommendation was to just CANCEL THE ORDER and "go from there", as they refused to do anything internally to assist... even after getting management involved. Because of this, I had to push my open date back an entire week! (home made drinks a crucial part of our business)... After all the patronage I have brought this company from my business ventures over the years, I doubt I will ever return after this experience... NOTE: Screenshots of some email...

Read moreI love the restaurant store, friendly associates and clean. Helpful too. I just wish they carried more flavors of slush syrups in the one or two stores we can drive to. Sadly both an hour away as it is and still have to order what needed online. Delivery charges kill us when have to have delivery. And delivery items are not packaged well for the abuse. Luckily all goods were ok. But that may not always...
