It was Lauren and Jessica there. Lauren was the one who came to take my order. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie. The total was 6.03. I gave her 10$ bill she opened the dol . While she was trying to figure out the change I found 2 $ in my wallet. I added that to her in order to get a 5 $ back plus the small change. I was okay with her being bad with numbers but she surprised me with a so bad attitude. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Jessica came over and fixed it . As she noticed her coworker s attitude she tried to calm me down and she gave me the manager's number. I will...

I Absolutely Love Dunkin Donuts, But Today I Was informed that Dunkin Donuts doesn't make coffee coolatas anymore I was very disappointed, that was on 12 Greenfield Ave,Ardmore, PA 19003 July 4th, 2017 at 6:20 pm the gentleman that told me that coolatas were no longer served there then offered to make me one I refused because I didn't want him to get in trouble making something that was no longer served at...

Consistently TERRIBLE service at this location. They do not use paper to grab donuts. I went back to try them again for ice cream and had another bad experience. My sons were disappointed with the ice cream because it was sour. Instead of giving us a new replacement scoop the person working started arguing with me. When I asked for a manager they said “we do not have one”.
