The food is ok, I went here twice to get food while I study at Panera. The first time I went I had the Avocado BLT with turkey bacon on Kaiser . It was good 7/10 portion was great. The second time I went I got the exact same thing but on rye toast. When I recieved my food they put mayo on it when I didn’t ask for it and only 2 pieces of bacon. 2 pieces aren’t a big deal but for a sandwich that costs 9.95 I would expect atleast 3. I asked for one slice extra on the Sandwich, one, and they tried to charge me $3!? I that was unbelievable especially when they messed up my order in the first place. I didn’t want it free but $3 for one slice of bacon is THEFT moving forward I will not be buying food from here because I do not support businesses that like to get over and are inconsiderate when they get your order wrong . The cashier is very inattentive and rude although she is soft spoken she was rude when I brought my food back and told her it wasn’t right. I see why they have a help wanted sign

As others have said but bares repeating if it saves someone money...STAY AWAY!!! This place has nothing to do with the iconic Jewish deli in New York or any deli for that matter. They are making their sandwiches with pre-package supermarket lunchmeat. Their Italian hoagies taste nothing like a hoagie. They put what little onions and peppers on the bottom of the bun. Me and my wife were so disappointed when we looked at and bit into these pathetic bland sandwiches when we got home. Save your money and just buy some lunchmeat and rolls and make your own sandwiches instead of throwing your money away on this place. They give you a pickle on the side so I guess they think this makes them a deli. This is not a authentic Jewish deli. It's not a deli at all it's one of those corner store hood spots you pay $5 for a sandwich but theirs taste better than Katz Deli Kitchen charging $15. Katz is just located in a better area charging more money because of the location.

Great food, fast service, friendly staff. Menu has a great selection, and they have a baked goods case at the entrance. The staff is very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. The food is fresh and plentiful. The booths clean, the place well maintained. Short walk from the Hilton/ Homewood Suites, and well worth it. Great French toast, good portions. I love this place a little more every time I come here, and when I'm in Philly I come here often. Wish I had one of these back home.

Ya sorry for the low rating, but they earned it. The 2 stars is for the cook's ability, service was not even average. Never came back to table after dropping-off the food. Never payed any attention to my empty coffee cup. Had to call her 3 times. Got the order wrong then after getting it right the over easy eggs showed-up with one broken and leaking yoke. I asked to take away the toast with the wrong order and bring fresh (the 1st order would've been stone cold) my correct but broken eggs arrived with the original toast. They retoasted it - OMG! Like eating giant rock hard croutons! Pancakes were good (so says the wife) the lox was also acceptable, my broke eggs tasted good ( not greasy or too buttery). If this owner thinks all you have to do is cook decent food they are grossly mistaken.

Our regular spot for eggs pancakes and a lox platter is 5 stars every time. There's always a line on Sundays from 9am till 3pm and the prices are at least 20% less. *Note to owner: your losing business from bad service so you raised your prices to compensate. Now you're losing customers from bad service and over priced food. Check your compatition make your prices correct and TRAIN your staff or you will be out of business soon. Fair price, great food, excellent service, if you are missing any one of these 3 you fail. Although excellent service and excellent food will allow for survivable as people will come just not as much because of high price. You need continuous replete business from locals...
